このデルマールビーチのコンドミニアムは、サンディエゴの最高のビーチからすぐです。 1,200平方フィートで、2つの広々としたベッドルームと2つのフルバスルームがあります。 コンドミニアムには洗濯機/乾燥機が含まれ、花崗岩のカウンタートップを備えたフルキッチン、woodの暖炉のある大きなファミリールームがあります。 このコンドミニアムには、ユニットの前後に2つのバルコニーがあり、ビーチへの旅行後にすすぎ落とすための屋外シャワーも備えています。 1つの屋根付き駐車場と4つのゲストスポットが利用可能です。

This nicely appointed and incredibly clean condo is just two blocks to the beach, and an easy walk to two fantastic seaside restaurants. Communicating with the owner was a breeze, having a designated parking space was ideal, and we appreciated every moment of our holiday weekend stay. Five stars.

Very nice condo, amazing location!

A lovely cozy condo, fully stocked with everything you’d need and want. Very clean, nice decor, comfy beds and furniture. Enjoyed being close to the beach which was not crowded. Also enjoyed walking to the many excellent restaurants in the quaint little town. We walked everywhere / the county fair was a nice addition. Definitely would recommend this condo for a family vacation!

Great condo, it had everything we needed for our beach vacation over the 4th of July. It was well stocked with beach chairs, a cart, and games, as well as extra towels and all the utensils you need to cook. The air flow on the second floor was plenty to cool the unit with no A/C, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. There is a small high top and chairs out front to enjoy the views, and the walk to the beach was maybe 2 minutes. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Great condo, parking, and proximity to beach

This condo is very well appointed. All beach needs covered - wagon, boogie boards, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils. Host is very responsive. Can't beat the proximity to the beach for the price. Definitely recommend this property for beachlovers.

This beach condo was PERFECT for our family of five! Our kids loved the recliners in the living room and easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We are Cindi and Mark Monaco, we are both originally from San Diego. We currently live in the Palm Springs area and we both work in real estate. We have two kids and five amazing grandkids, who we are head over heels for! We still have family in San Diego and we come down often to visit them and to enjoy our Del Mar Beach Condo. When we aren't using it, the Monaco family owns and manages the condo, the main point of contact for Del Mar is our son Dan Monaco.

We are originally San Diego natives. A job transfer moved us to the Palm Springs area 30 years ago. We wanted desperately to have roots in San Diego and so we purchased the beach condo in 1999 to have a place to come back to. Many family vacations have been spent in this condo and now our family, including the grandkids, enjoy this condo with us! We hope you enjoy it as well.

When we found the beach condo, we instantly fell in love with the location. It's a half a block from the most gorgeous beach in San Diego and with great restaurants nearby, a bench on the front balcony and an outside shower, you never need to leave! Although if you do, it's a hop away from so many activities that San Diego has to offer, including the Del Mar Fairgrounds just behind the condo. Even though you'll likely want to spend much of the day at the beach, we loved that our condo was spacious, offering everything we needed for a family to stay. The master bedroom is rather large, and with two full bathrooms, a large family area, and a full kitchen, it's the perfect spot to spend a holiday or a long weekend with the family. We fell in love with Del Mar the moment we drove up to this condo, and we've been in love with it ever since. We hope you enjoy the beach just as much as we do!
