Del Mar Beach Condo, à quelques pas de la meilleure plage de San Diego

Ce condo Del Mar Beach est à quelques pas de la plus belle plage de San Diego. Il est de 1200 pieds carrés avec 2 chambres spacieuses et 2 salles de bain complètes. Condo comprend laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité et a une cuisine complète avec comptoirs en granit et grande salle familiale avec foyer au bois. Le condo dispose de deux balcons à l'avant et à l'arrière de l'unité et offre également une douche extérieure pour se rincer après un voyage à la plage. Une place de parking couverte est incluse et 4 autres places disponibles.

Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans le bâtiment, mais nous avons des ventilateurs de plafond et des ventilateurs de coffre.
Notre unité peut accueillir six personnes confortablement avec un lit king, un lit queen et un canapé-lit dans le salon.

Les éléments suivants sont inclus dans la location: batterie de cuisine et cuisine complète, vaisselle, serviettes de plage, draps / literie, serviettes de bain, etc.

A constant ocean breeze made for our lovely stay in Del Mar. We were grateful for adequate parking, quiet surroundings, the handy elevator and a clean and comfortable space to call our own while there. The master suite was a roomy isle of refuge with a comfortable mattress and soft sheets. We’ll be back!

Great location close to the beach! Unit was very clean, quiet in the evenings and well stocked. Beds were also comfortable. Dan was very responsive however we really didn’t need anything check in and out was very clear and easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Such a great place! Great location, super nice neighbors, very clean, excellent layout, very spacious, easy parking for two cars, kitchen was well stocked (had an air fryer too!) boogie boards, lots of beach chairs and towels, quick walk across to the beach and I love the access to the river mouth trail to hiking the canyon. Can’t wait to come back!

The condo was very clean and nice just as pictured on Vrbo. We visited the beach each day of our stay which was about 2 short blocks away and took advantage of the beach chairs, boogie boards and towels. Great location with the beach and Del Mar so close. The host was very responsive. We did have an issue with the King size bed, but the host was responsive and hopefully will get that issue fixed. Otherwise nice space and location!

This nicely appointed and incredibly clean condo is just two blocks to the beach, and an easy walk to two fantastic seaside restaurants. Communicating with the owner was a breeze, having a designated parking space was ideal, and we appreciated every moment of our holiday weekend stay. Five stars.

We are Cindi and Mark Monaco, we are both originally from San Diego. We currently live in the Palm Springs area and we both work in real estate. We have two kids and five amazing grandkids, who we are head over heels for! We still have family in San Diego and we come down often to visit them and to enjoy our Del Mar Beach Condo. When we aren't using it, the Monaco family owns and manages the condo, the main point of contact for Del Mar is our son Dan Monaco.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We are originally San Diego natives. A job transfer moved us to the Palm Springs area 30 years ago. We wanted desperately to have roots in San Diego and so we purchased the beach condo in 1999 to have a place to come back to. Many family vacations have been spent in this condo and now our family, including the grandkids, enjoy this condo with us! We hope you enjoy it as well.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

When we found the beach condo, we instantly fell in love with the location. It's a half a block from the most gorgeous beach in San Diego and with great restaurants nearby, a bench on the front balcony and an outside shower, you never need to leave! Although if you do, it's a hop away from so many activities that San Diego has to offer, including the Del Mar Fairgrounds just behind the condo. Even though you'll likely want to spend much of the day at the beach, we loved that our condo was spacious, offering everything we needed for a family to stay. The master bedroom is rather large, and with two full bathrooms, a large family area, and a full kitchen, it's the perfect spot to spend a holiday or a long weekend with the family. We fell in love with Del Mar the moment we drove up to this condo, and we've been in love with it ever since. We hope you enjoy the beach just as much as we do!
