Appliances include an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and Smart TV. There are two king-size bedrooms one is an en suite shower room and the zip link is serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed lawned garden along with off-road parking for one car available. Within 0.6 miles, you will find a shop, pub, and beach. Please note, this property is pet-free and non-smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Enjoy a memorable escape to Devon at Ocean Retreat. Please note: During June, July & August this property only accepts Saturday - Saturday bookings.
