Unbelievable views from stunning renovated 2 bedroom apartment, located beachfront between the ports of La Duquesa and Sotogrande. The property has had a complete facelift, providing guests with bright and comfortable bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and living room, and a picturesque terrace with some of the best views on the coast – panoramic and uninterrupted views of the blue Mediterranean sea. The property is metres from the beach and a short walk from several beach restaurants.
The master bedroom offers a large double bed, TV, ceiling fan, plenty of storage space, siting area, ensuite bathroom with double wash basins, bath, and heated towel rail. The master bedroom has access to a private terrace furnished with 2 sunbeds. The guest bedroom provides two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. This bedroom has access to the apartment’s main terrace.
The completely remodelled and refitted open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances expected of a quality rental property, making it perfect for those guests that enjoy cooking and entertaining. Further in the room, guests will find a dining area with seating for 4, and a comfortable L-shaped sofa facing a large smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc).
Stepping out onto the property’s terrace, guests will find an alfresco dining area with seating for 4, and an additional seating area. The views from the terrace are spectacular! Guests will have uninterrupted views of the sea in all directions and be able to see all along the coastline to the east. From the terrace guests will also be able to see the community’s gardens and swimming pools (1 large and 1 for children) - seasonal availability. From the gardens, guests can directly access the beach.
The apartment has private parking for 1 vehicle, air conditioning (hot and cold) in all rooms, and fast and unlimited fibre optic WIFI reachable throughout the property.

Very Disappointing
We were really looking forward to a relaxing stay after our week or driving around Cadiz, Seville and Ronda. The apartment looked amazing in your advertisement listing however it proved to be very stressful from the time of arrival outside the complex. The key box was there as described to access the keys to the apartment but no key throb to open the car park gate (we called the host but no answer). Found key in apartment. The underground car park is very difficult to negotiate going in and coming out. Once in the apartment (which looked really nice) we found the patio doors in the lounge and second bedroom didn't lock which was a concern as there wasn't a safe for our passports, valuables and cash which meant we would have to take these items with us every time we left. You did send maintenance out to replace the locks but this was an intrusion to our time on holiday and should have been repaired before letting out the property. The next issue with our stay was the pool! it wasn't open to use until the 1st June. The pool was a major part to booking this apartment as we prefer to use a pool than the beach which cost 6-10euros each per day. MAIN PROBLEM WITH THIS APARTMENT!!!! The air conditioning filled the apartment with a stench of a sewer. We woke up in the night feel sick and coughing. We turned off the aircon and opened all the windows and doors and sat out on the balcony until it cleared. We did not use it again which made the warm night very uncomfortable. Very Poor.
