Beautifully updated and spacious 2 bed/2 bath minutes from the beach!

With just over 1400 sq. ft. of open living space this large 2 bedroom with 2 bath offers a split floor plan and has lots of room for relaxing while sleeping 6 comfortably. Located less than a half mile to the water and minutes to the beach it is close to almost everything in the Clearwater/Tampa/St Petersburg area.

The house has been fully updated and offers wood plank tile floors throughout with 2 queen size beds and queen size pull out bed with memory foam mattress. Fully updated kitchen features large island great for prepping food or having breakfast. Loaded with all the appliances, silverware, cookware etc. you would have at home. This kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, blend cocktails or even bake cookies. Dining room features large wood table with seating for 6. Family room has 55" 4k flat screen with Netflix. Other streaming apps are available but you will have to sign into your personal account to view. House is also equipped with secure high speed wfi that is password protected. Master bedroom has queen bed with large closet and attached bathroom with large shower. Being a split floor plan the second bedroom is located on other side of house which provides privacy to guests using both bedrooms. The guest bathroom is down a short hall from the 2nd bedroom.
Some of the extra amenities this house features are washer/dryer, hair dryer, high chair, pack n play, beach chairs and coolers, gas bbq, patio set with umbrella and chairs, keyless entry lock, etc.

Great family vacation rental

My family enjoys this house rental very much. It’s very close to the beach and other attractions. This was our third year we stayed at this property and will be coming back in the future. Overall, great place for family of 5!

Family vacation

This was our second year we stayed at this house and it was great again. We love the area and the close drive to the beach. The owners are wonderful and had the house fully stocked with all the stuff for the beach and house stuff. Overall, my family had a another fun memorable vacation.

Perfect Property for Families!

This is a great property! The house is updated, very clean, and has everything you need. It is part of a quiet residential neighborhood so it is a great option for families. It is a central location that allows for easy access to anywhere you would want to go in Clearwater, Largo, and the surrounding areas plus a short drive takes you to the beach. We highly recommend this house and will definitely be back!

Location, Location - Pinellas Trail

We chose this home given its proximity to the Pinellas Trail as we were on a biking road trip through Florida. The home was perfect for us with lots of open space and modernized kitchen. We also loved being able to put our bikes in the garage and our large SUV fit too. The neighborhood was quite and tucked away but close to the trail for easy access and of course the access to the beaches was awesome too. It was super clean and Jeff was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

Loved being close to beach, restaurants and shopping

Loved the house it was great! It was very clean and nice it was like being at home! Every thing we needed was there! The owners offered info about the area and told us if we needed anything or more info just to let them know!! The beaches are absolutely beautiful!! Shopping within minutes!! Lots of things to do jet skis, boat rentals, beach , lots of great restaurants!! We had a blast looking forward to going back next year!! Thank you so much!!

Great Location

The house was updated and very clean, close to beaches and the Pinella Bike Trail. A quick drive into Clearwater. Quiet neighborhood. The owner was great and easy to get ahold of. We had a dryer breakdown while there. I called the owner at 9:30 am. By 6:00 we had a new dryer.

Quiet, simple and perfect

My family stayed at this home while we explored the area. It was easy to get to the grocery and the beaches. The beds were comfortable. It was family friendly with the fenced in backyard and was not decorated with lots of breakables. We have 3 young boys and they loved the house! The house is in a quiet neighborhood. We rarely saw the neighbors. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with before and after our stay. There are not any bells and whistles to this house but we did not need any, so we loved it.

Definitely reccomend!

Beautiful home in a lovely calm neighborhood. The house layout was perfect, pretty much 2 master bedrooms. We had more than enough space. Everything was really clean and stocked, there were towels, blankets, beach chairs, toys for kids and much more. The house was modern and had a refreshing feel to it. Would definitely reccomend and will be back in the future!

Spacious and fully equipped

We would highly recommend this property. It had every kitchen appliance you would need to cook a full meal, including spices! Beach toys, coolers, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, sunscreen and much needed aloe Vera gel. Plenty of paper products, towels, blankets. Lots of games! Short drive to the beach with plenty restaurants nearby.

Great place to stay

Great home away from home

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at this property. The house has a very open floor plan with big bedrooms. Kitchen is well stocked as well as towels for the beach. They also had beach chairs that we used. Owners are very responsive with any questions or problems. The neighborhood is very quiet which we loved. We look forward to our next stay at this property in Largo.

Excellent family getaway!!

My wife, teenage daughter, and 2 year old son stayed at this home. It was everything we needed. Clean, spacious, and close to stores, restaurants, and a few beaches. The owners were so nice with excellent communication. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay and the house couldn’t have been nicer! A beautiful place to stay with all the conveniences of home. The decor is so pretty and clean with lots of space in each room and yet with a homey feel. Many little extras are there also to help ensure a pleasant stay. Our hosts are amazing and an absolute pleasure to deal with! We had some changes take place and nothing is a problem for them! We are grateful to them and will stay again in the future!

Beautiful home to stay at on vacation!

This property was very nice and had everything we needed plus so much more! It felt like home away from home! The property owners were easy to get ahold of, very nice, and communicated well! They also had a binder with important numbers and places in the area. It was a very well prepared rental and I am very pleased with our stay and will definitely stay there again if we ever travel back to largo!

Perfect stay!

Our stay was just perfect. The house was spotless. The location was great with everything you need so close by. We especially loved how close and easy it was to get to the beach. We couldn't have pick a better place for our extended stay in Largo. We definitely will be renting again the next time we are in town.

Close to beaches

We had a wonderful experience! Great home in a nice neighborhood. This home is close to the beaches. The kitchen had a great compliment of utensils which was great since one of us had a special diet. Overall a great value.
