Absolutely loved this house. The location was everything!! Close to a lot of places and more importantly a quick walk across the road for beach access which by the way was AMAZING! This will definitely be saved to the favorites list!

Place was clean and perfectly located. However, we had no hot water in the top-story master shower and every person complained about the beds being uncomfortable. Just be careful with your deposit for accidental damage. A picture was poorly hung on the wall and the wind from the door being opened caused the picture to fall causing them to nickel and dime us.

The house and especially the pool were awesome! We had 8 kids and 8 adults at the house for a long weekend. The kids spent most of the time in pool, which had a shallow end and a deep end and nice steps and beaches for the littler ones. The property also had sand areas that the kids had fun playing it. When we could convince the kids to leave the pool, the ocean was an easy walk. There were beach chairs, sand toys and a wagon at the house. There was a lot of internal and external space for everyone to gather. Highly recommend!

Bikini House, Indian Rocks Beach, FL

It’s a great property, with convenient amenities. The pool in the back yard was so enjoyable for everyone when we weren’t at the beach. My kids and grand kids all had a blast. It’s a great area. It’s a little quieter than Clear Water. Alan was always helpful in answering my questions and walking me through the process.

Bikini Beach House was a perfect place for my group to stay. 8 of us went and the 2nd and 3rd floors were identical in layout. We had such a great time that we are talking about going again next year. The location is great just a block and a half from the beach.

Spacious, private retreat

Our large family gathering had all the space we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. The outdoor spaces were great: fire pit, shaded porches, under house picnic and TV lounge, pool area and many seating options allowed everyone to enjoy their favorite spot to hang out. Very private yard. The proximity to the beach access meant we could come and go from the beach easily during the day and evening. Location to restaurants and shopping was a plus, as well. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here with our family and kids. The location was absolutely perfect! It was a 2 minute walk to the beach, which was beautiful. There is a great french bakery across the street. There is an awesome beach bar right at the entry point of the beach where you can walk up and order food and have a drink. Definitely came in handy when the kids got hungry on the beach. Great sports bar next door to the house too. A few minute drive to all the other Indian Rocks Beach restaurants, and Clearwater is an easy 12 minute drive up the road. The host was extremely responsive and addressed anything that we needed. There were tons of pool/beach toys and towels to use. Plus a wagon, tent, and chairs all for the beach. The pool was so great and was the perfect temperature. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Great home, great location!

This was a great property in a great location for our family of 12! Home was clean, beds were comfy, pool was fantastic! There was a lot of beach gear left by previous renters, and we left a bit more (nice tent, even). Keep that in mind before you buy more sand gear. ;) There were a few minor issues we encountered during our stay, but that's to be expected anywhere. Alan was responsive and professional. As one other renter pointed out, and I'm glad I saw ahead of time, the two stories only connect via outside stairs. It worked fine for our crew because we were multiple households, but it feels like important info for large, single families, or those with small children or elderly. The location was great, just a two minute walk to the ocean. We traveled over to Clearwater a couple times where we almost booked a stay and I'm so glad we stayed in Indian Rocks. The beach and town is much quieter and laid back....a welcome reprieve for us. This is a home I would definitely return to!

Wonderful multi family home

The home was perfect for us and our three sons and their families. We had a wonderful time and the kids really enjoyed the heated pool. The beach is a few minute walk away and nearby restaurants were a plus. the home is well stocked with everything you need. We had some minor issues but that did not ruin our vacation. The owner and staff are very responsive. Do not hesitate to book this house and we would go back again

Great place for a BIG group

Bikini Beach House was perfect for our large group (16) women's club summer planning retreat! It was exactly what we were looking for, ample on-site parking for up to 8 vehicles, housing us all together and within walking distance to beautiful Indian Rocks Beach. The house is set up with a second and third floor and has flexible sleeping arrangements. Both floors have full kitchens (ample supplies for sure), living room, 2 bathrooms, a pull-out couch, washer/dryers and really nice outdoor porch style seating overlooking a beautiful pool area. It was clean and you could tell it was recently remodeled. Bedding was comfortable and we thought it was great how many towels were provided. The pool area has seating in multiple areas, to include a picnic table, outdoor frig and shaded space for large group gathers, a fire pit, and places to sit and have small conversation as well. We loved being a short block from the beach and walking distance to several fun restaurants, ice cream, french bakery, etc. Hope to return next year with our group and do it all again!

Amazing place in a great location!

We came here with our 3 married children and 5 grandchildren ranging in age from 8 years-3 months old. Duplex is laid out perfect for multiple families. living space on both ends gives them all their own space. Location is great! right across the street from the Gulf. We could spend time on the beach every day. House and backyard are beautiful and private! surrounded by fence and shrubs so even on cool days you were protected from the wind. This was our second time there and wouldn't hesitate for a minute to come back. Highly recommend this place!
