This is a quiet neighborhood with large properties, so you hardly see or hear anyone.
The house is close to grocery stores, pharmacies, Starbucks, etc.

There is a bus stop about 10 mins' walking distance from the house on Walsingham Road. From there you can take public transportation to the beaches and sights.

– Safety features: Nest Device on the front door and exterior security cameras at both front and back. Home is not childproofed! Please supervise children at all times.
– Scheduled maintenance (lawn care, pool upkeep, repairs) may occur; you'll be notified in advance.
- Please inquire if you would like an in-between cleaning.


Make your stay a stress-free experience by following our house rules:

– Check-in time starts at 4 PM, and check-out time is before 10 AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests.
– Noise levels must be kept down from 10 PM to 9 AM to maintain a peaceful environment.
- No parties or events are allowed on the property to maintain a peaceful environment.
- The minimum age to book is 25, and someone aged 25 or older must be present throughout the stay.
– To maintain a harmonious environment for all our guests, we have a strict ‘no pets’ policy.
– To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy inside the house. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes.
Penalties may apply for any damage or mess caused during your stay.
