Great potential

Lovely apartment well presented. Apartment owner very helpful and communicated well. A couple of issues however. There were issues with the electricity cutting out whenever the oven/hob were used. We had to regularly reset the fuse box. We were disappointed with the pool situation. Closed between 3 and 5 which was inconvenient. Meaning we had to use the beach more than we would have liked to. If we knew this it would have changed whether we stayed. The locals made you feel very unwelcome as well. These issues were a shame as the place itself was ideal.

La estancia en esta casa ha sido impecable, no hemos encontrado nada de lo que quejarnos. La casa estaba súper limpia y contaba con todo lo necesario. Además destacar sobre todo lo fácil que era comunicarse con Toni, siempre atento a todo lo que necesitábamos y pendiente. Muchísimas gracias por estos días!!!

Experiencia de 10!

Fuimos un grupo de 6 amigos y nos lo pasamos genial. El apartamento estaba impoluto y ademas habia varios productos de limpieza y utensilios. Las camas son comodísimas y hay 3 aires acondicionados. La comunicación con Toni ha sido excelente.

That's one of the reasons we want to share our love of this area by offering our apartment for rent. We love being able to help families and couples explore this amazing area whilst relaxing and enjoying everything on offer.

Why they chose this property

Javea is one of the most beautiful places on earth. We have the gorgeous Mediterranean sea within a 5 minute walk, and countless stunning coastal walks to enjoy, especially with your furry friend. People here are friendly, we are very active too as most people here have fallen in love with the fastest growing sport in the world - Padel! There is nowhere better to enjoy this fantastic sport than here in one of the many clubs in the area with the sun on your face.

What makes this property unique

Our property has just undergone a complete refurbishment so is one of the newest offerings available. We are also part of a private gated community which has a homely feel making you feel welcome and relaxed as soon as you arrive. Also the location is pretty hard to beat as well as everything you will need is in walking distance.
