Barefoot Bungalow! Ocean View Couple’s Retreat

Beautifully designed beach villa with a new king bed (2025) and stunning ocean views—just steps from the sand! This custom-decorated retreat features a gorgeous kitchen, full standing tile shower, and open-concept layout, perfect for couples. Located in the oceanfront Seaside complex, it’s within walking distance to the Tiki Hut, Coligny Plaza, dining, and entertainment, yet never feels overcrowded. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Direct beach access on the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Seaside is a gated, ocean front complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, walking distance to restaurants, shops and entertainment.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

This was a lovely space and I had a great stay! Great view of the ocean, with comfy seating on the patio. It was hard to drag myself away and go to the actual beach. Very close to the beach, to the Tiki Hut and to Coligny. Great location and great host! Will definitely visit again!

We enjoyed our 30th wedding anniversary at the Bungalow Retreat and it didn't disappoint! It was very clean and homey, had a beautiful view of the water and was a relaxing comfortable setting. We were a short walk, and even shorter drive to all the action in Coligny Plaza...delicious restaurants and an abundance of shopping. We had a fantastic meal at the SandBar...!

This was the perfect weekend getaway for me and my husband! Kendall was awesome to work with and very responsive. We needed to adjust our dates due to flights and she made it all work out perfectly without any issues. The property was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in. It was a pleasure to share ay here. Everything one would need to stay for several days. It was clean spacious enough for one or two people. The water pressure was awesome. Even has beach toys and chairs to haul down to the beach. One of the highlights was at the end of the hallway my son, daughter in law and 4 grandsons were staying. The owners made sure we were located in the same area. Daily they would show up to escort me to our next adventure. So cute. This was the best accommodations I have you experienced while on vacation. I had an amazing stay and these hosts are equally amazing. They notified me to let me know I could arrive early, they had the cutest and best cookies on the table upon my arrival, and even checked in with me during my stay. I travel to HHI frequently and will definitely stay there again.

Kendall was wonderful- every answer was exact. Good space, great location. Only problem for me was the mirror in the bathroom was for tall people…actually we are 5’2” and couldn’t see in the bathroom mirror. Thinking they were installed by someone of a normal height! There was a full length mirror in the hall which was too short…..my only query…not a problem, just a question. Comfortable bed and sofa. Would certainly stay here again.

The condo was close to the beach and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the beach access was closed when we visited but the hosts informed us about the beach closure (to replenish the beach) in advance and told us alternative ways to access the beach. They also would have allowed us to alter our plans. We shortened our stay just one day and appreciated the location near shopping and dining.
