Totally Beachin' Coligny OceanViews w/new bikes/chairs

Fully renovated oceanview villa with all-new finishes and furnishings! Enjoy a comfortable King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, spacious tiled shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with full-size black stainless appliances and stone countertops. Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. Beach chairs and two bikes included! Located in Seaside Villas, a gated oceanfront complex just steps to the sand and a short walk to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, dining, shops, and more.

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

We have been renting condos at this property for several years! Everything you need. Easy communication with host . Clean , huge shower and great water pressure a plus for me. Bed is so comfortable. We’ve been home a week and I’m still thinking about that ocean view! The condo was a good size for my husband and I. It was very clean. And having 2 bikes available was wonderful! You can literally ride bikes for miles and miles on the wonderfully shaded bike paths in the middle of the day! We thoroughly enjoyed dinner and a great show at the Jazz Corner as recommended by the hosts!

The condo was one of the cleanest beach rentals we have ever stayed at. The view of the beach was great and we enjoyed sitting out there in the early morning and evenings. It was a short walk to the beach and beach chairs and wagon provided with the condo made for an easy day at the beach. The pool was quiet on the days we were there and there were plenty of chairs. There were plenty of nice touches provided by hosts that were appreciated. The only negative is if you sleep hot the bedroom could get stuffy at night. There was a ceiling fan and a stand alone fan available. We will keep this one on our list for future trips.

We had a great stay! Love the proximity to the beach & walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Great hosts & very clean space. Having the bikes, chairs, and wagon was awesome. Room was exactly as it said with a perfect side view from the balcony. Nothing at all blocks your view as the next building not close. Our host Kendall was so nice, even emailed that the room was done early and checked on us the next morning to ask if we needed anything. Room was done early, you could do whatever you want with that set up. You could cook, watch tv, look at the view, or go into you bedroom and relax. Plenty of room and privacy. Bathroom was spotless, with plenty of towels. Was provided with beach chairs, umbrella, and a cart to roll onto the beach. You are close enough to Coligny Plaza, 10 min walk, either by street or you could walk on the beach and make your way across. If you do not want to cook, plenty of options right there, and not even drive. This was a great stay!
