En rymlig (1800 kvadratmeter), bekvÀma bostadsrÀtt pÄ stranden (Beach Palms), med underbar utsikt över solnedgÄngen, havet och stranden. Inkluderar tre sovrum, tvÄ badrum, ny tvÀttmaskin / ny torktumlare, matsal, mycket rymligt och bekvÀmt familjerum med TV med kabel och DVD / VCR-spelare, ett helt nytt Àtkök med alla nya apparater (inklusive ny diskmaskin, dryck kylskÄp och ismaskin), nya skÄp, bÀnkskiva i granit, nya golvplattor och ny ryggstÀnk, med utsikt över den uppvÀrmda poolen och stranden, tvÄ uteplatser, det finns en mycket rymlig uteplats frÄn familjerummet och en annan privat uteplats utanför sovrummet med king size-sÀng, TV / DVD-spelare och garderob.
WI-FI. Vi har WI-FI i hela lÀgenheten. OcksÄ 2 reserverade parkeringsplatser.

Condo har alla nyare madrasser. Sovrummet har en underbar king size-sÀng med eget badrum och rymlig dusch. Det finns ocksÄ en full storlek futon för ytterligare gÀster. Sovrummet har en TV med DVD och kabel-TV. Varje TV i lÀgenheten har kabel. Andra gÀst sovrum med tvÄ dubbelsÀngar och TV med kabel och en DVD-spelare. Tredje sovrummet med tvÄ enkelsÀngar och en TV med kabel och en videospelare. Alla rum har helt nya madrasser. VÀldigt ren!


Fantastisk utsikt över stranden och havet. OcksÄ med utsikt över poolen. Familjer kommer att Àlska det, kommer frÄn en mamma till fyra, mina barn Àr 4 till 14 Är gamla.

Cirka en halvtimme frÄn Busch Gardens och en timme 15 minuter frÄn Disney World. Flyga in till Tampa och 20 mil till Indian Shores - Gulf Beaches !!!

Awesome Beach Vaca

We loved being right on the Gulf beach! Even while being toward the back of the complex, the view Gulf and the soothing sounds of the waves we're both wonderful and relaxing. The unit was clean, spacious, well decorated, and provided everything we needed. The rental agency staff was very courteous and friendly. Both the agency and the owner checked on us and kept us posted as Helene approached to be sure we were safe and up to date on evacuation requirements. We hope to visit again soon! hthfrsoundswaveswas great

Girls trip!

What a great place for a girl's trip! Plenty of room. Great views and a great beach. Only downside is the key situation! It made it a bit difficult to do as you wanted because then others would be stranded!

Perfect spot

We love this place. Perfect for our family. The check-in process was very easy and simple. Amy was very attentive. The building is very secure. The condo is very spacious and accommodating. I love how it isn’t an Oceanside condo but still has a very nice ocean view from the balcony. Would definitely book this place again.

Lovely unit - comfortable furniture!

We've stayed in several of the Beach Palms units and this is one of my favorites - large unit with plenty of room. Loved the furniture and bed in the primary bedroom, so comfortable! There were plenty of beach chairs (even a couple of new ones) and beach towels. Amy was easy to contact and checking in was a breeze.

Even better than you’d expect!

This was my first stay at this unit, but have been renting each summer here for years. Wonderful place! First time there was more than enough seating, table settings, cookware for the amount of people that slept there. Great views, easy access to the beach & pool.

Perfect condo for a family!

This was the perfect condo for our family vacation! We had two children - 18 months and 3.5 years old - and the amenities for children were so convenient! The unit is beautiful and the listing was extremely accurate. The kitchen was very well stocked and the property itself was very nice. The location is ideal - close to the bustle of Madeira Beach but it's quiet and the beach is beautiful! We would definitely book again in the future.

Wonderful vacation!

We stay in the area every year and by far, this is one of my favorite condos. It is spacious, updated, clean, and has amazing views. We loved sitting in the kitchen for breakfast! They had 2 strollers, several beach chairs, beach balls, boogie boards, board games, books, etc. My 4 kids loved their room with the bunk bed. The owner was responsive to all my questions. The beds were super comfortable and each room had its own TV. This was a dream vacation for us!

Very comfortable stay

We had a very nice week at this condo. Everything matched the pictures, everything we needed worked well, and there were nice add-on’s that were important for us (beach chairs, beach towels, pack-n-play, high chair). Amy was also super responsive when I had some questions in advance. We really enjoyed the stay!

Family vacation March 16-23 2024

We were a family of 4 that stayed in this unit. Very spacious, great view of the ocean (and especially the sunset everyday), right in the beach! Would definitely stay here again. Only suggestion is that maybe the cleaning crew could deep clean the floors and feet are black due to dirt build up on laminate floors.

Annual family & Friends trip

This is our 5th year at beach palms and we were sorry to leave. Our unit was beautiful and spacious. This unit by far was the best one we’d stayed at. We like the 2 separate balconies. 1 is off the master bedroom and you can hear the waves of the ocean. Hopefully, we can stay at the unit again. We were quite pleased. FYI beds, kitchen are updated. Beds were comfy.

Fun week at a spacious place!

Our week was very comfortable at the condo. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms. Everything was clean. The balcony overlooks the ocean/pool and the bay. Beautiful sunsets every night. The kitchen had lots of appliances. Keep in mind, there is nothing there such as spices, coffee filters, 1 extra trash bag, saran, foil, takeout containers, condiments, laundry detergent. There are 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a wagon to carry it down to the beach, this was very helpful! The pool area was nice and cleaned every day. There was plenty of seating at the condo to enjoy either dinner inside or on the balcony. Don't forget your beach towels!

Everything was very clean and the condo was spacious. The new washer and dryer were great for all the loads of towels and clothes we did! Kitchen had everything we needed and lots of unexpected items too....like a crock pot! Everything was great!

509 is AMAZING !!The owner was super nice and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Condo is spacious, comfortable, spotless and modern. Plenty of room and we all felt at home. Hi, my name is Amy, a mother of 4, the ages 6 yrs to 15 yrs old. When we were looking for a condo to purchase, I flew into Tampa for 3 days and saw over 40 condos. I fell in love with this one!! The building is very well maintained and very clean. Our condo is very spacious. The pool is great for the kids, and there are always other families there also. I just love it, and hate to leave it when we had back to Chicago. I guarantee you will love it!!!!!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

Indian Rocks Beach and Indian Shores are great areas!! There are many activites: boat trips, pirate cruises, very good fishing, parks, the beaches are so clean, and your just about an hour to an hour in half to Walt Disney World. We always make a day trip and have a great time, and can't wait to get back to the beach. There are always dolphins out in the oceans!! So fun!!!
