Check-in and checkout were very easy. The unit had the basics we needed for our trip, and bonus that there were beach toys and chairs for our group! The pool was a bit smaller than imagined but property was well taken care of and safe. Only comment was that the floor of our unit seemed a little dirty - would loved to have done a quick clean up during our stay. I might recommend supplying a disposable swifter cloth for each guest for that option. Overall beautiful beach, saw some beautiful birds (black skimmers), kids had a great time, unit view was perfect - would come back! Thanks!

The management company was amazing. So easy to work with and to connect with for information. The sunsets were amazing from the top balcony. Great location with easy access to so many places.

Loved the Condo. Had everything to make our stay memorable. The only fall back was the newly remodeled shower. It was not usable for shorter people. We ended up not using it because with out a door we were flooding the floor. Hard to take a shower while holding the sprayer. It definitely needs adjusting.

Very spacious condo. Kitchen was adequately stocked for my family of 6. Views from the balcony were great! Stove is nice but the cleaner must've switched the knobs. But that was an easy fix. We did have an a/c issue but the maintenance was there within the hour or so. Master bed was a bit stiff but overall I'd recommend! Property and location are great!

Great location

We had a very good stay here. Very clean and spacious. We saw a few roaches and ants, but the sprayers were there the next morning and took care of the problem.

Fabulous views from the balcony. Great access to the beach, trolley and a few restaurants. Grounds are well maintained. Nice sized rooms, balcony and laundry. Our main issue were the filthy floors, our socks were black and covered with hair. We went and bought floor cleaning products, then proceeded to wet clean the floors 2 times. We were afraid to use the ceiling fan in the master bedroom as it wasn’t completely attached to the ceiling. Kitchen sink hot & cold water is the opposite of what it should be.

Great location

Love spending time in Madeira beach and this condo is in the perfect location - close to everything we needed. Spacious 3 bdrm 2 bath with a perfect balcony and view.

Great space for a small family to vacation

The place was clean, location great, and view spectacular. We loved the direct access to the beach and how child friendly the location was. We had a few hiccups with the wifi, but the property manager went above and beyond to ensure it was back up and running. I would stay here again.

Second Stay!!

This was our second stay at this property and we love it! It is so accommodating and the view can't be beat! The response time was great when contacting via text (we only had a few simple questions). We for sure will be back!

Great condo

We have stayed in Las Brisas several times. This unit is beautiful. It’s nice to be on the top floor. Everything was clean. Look forward to coming again and enjoying the pool when it is ready
