We’re so grateful for your wonderful review! Our property is just one block from the beach, and we do our best to provide everything you might need for a perfect beach day — including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and even a rolling cart to carry everything with ease. We also have beach toys available for children. Ocean Beach is very dog-friendly, featuring a dedicated dog beach area, plenty of trees along the sidewalks, and small grassy patches where dogs can meet and play. We’re happy to offer a relaxing stay for both our guests and their furry friends!

We’re very grateful for the wonderful review! There is only one flight of stairs, about 15 steps in total. Whenever possible, we offer the downstairs apartment to guests who have any mobility concerns—especially if we’re informed at the time of booking.

Thank you for your kind review! The property is definitely located near the beach as well as all the convenience that you need for a great vacation like restaurants and shops.

Haoyu did not inform us about the Wi-Fi issues until his check out date. All we have to do is to reboot the router located in the next apartment. We had hosted a lot of guests that work remotely and had not have any major issues that cannot be fix promptly. Please always communicate with the host if you have any issues during your stay. I will response back almost immediately unless I’m sleeping or in yoga class.

Thank you Lindsey for your nice review! We strive to give the best service to our guest as much as possible! Parking can be a challenge during the busy holiday seasons but you can definitely find some a few blocks away since the property is surrounded by free street parking all around the beach.

Thank you for your visit! The washer and dryer were only accessible by the housekeeping team. There is a public laundry mat one block from the property that guest can access. All properties near the beach face the same issues with parking during public holidays

Once a while we get guest that make false accusations about our property. We were not able to give Amanda a full refund when she wanted to cancel her reservation a day before arrival due to the cancellation policy. She finally kept her reservation but since day one, it was non stop text from her with questions. She can easily find all those answers in our listing and google however we were patiently helping her and responding to all her questions immediately. Upon her departure, we found that she used the kitchen and bath towels for her dog as well as missing items in the apartment. We had pictures to verify everything to VRBO and only change her the minimum amount to replace the damages. Please read all the other reviews especially the guest that checked in after her departure. This will definitely proof that we are not only honest, but we worked very hard to create a wonderful vacation experience for our guest!

Thank you for taking the time to give a genuine review if my vacation rental. It is located one block from the beach in busy Ocean beach so there’s definitely more activities around the building but that is the price you pay if you want to be near both the beach, restaurants and shopping. Street Parking is free that is great because all the other beaches charge for parking. Everyone want to be at the public beach so weekend can be challenging but I have some designated parking locations that you have to pay $5 to park that I can share with you when you visit. We have a Public laundromat one block from the apartment so we don’t offer laundry within the apartment because guest typically don’t remove sand before they do their laundry so that cause clogging problems for the apartment. I try my best to supply everything else that you may need to make your stay memorable.
