Brand new ERMITAGE APARTMENT, offers a peaceful location with a contemporary approach in life. Situated at a hint of sandy beach. It takes 4 mns to reach old town in Antibes with the popular “Marché Provençal” at morning time. The property has a large living area with an open kitchen which extends to the outside by an open terrace. The 50sqm accommodation includes Egyptian linen and large number of towels. The master bedroom is fitted with double bed and a 5*convertible 140x195. A radiant shower room includes toiletries. Toilets are independent. Separate beach towels, books in English/French and many more facilities are available to guests. It is fitted with the latest. Electrics shutters, Oven/Microwave, dishwasher/washing machine, hoover, iron/board, self-connected alarm for peace of mind, and 5G internet Wi-Fi/Bluetooth. Born in Antibes and went to live in UK for 10 years. Came back in 2003 and purchased the property recently. My back-ground is Franco-Italian- English. My two children live in UK and come to visit Côte d’Azur, enjoying Antibes whenever possible. My professional occupation pulls me abroad constantly. So it is always with great excitement that I come home.

I love to walk to the lighthouse of la Garoupe 2Mns from the Apartment where I can admire endless view from St Tropez’s costs to Italy. I can walk to get fresh fish from the fishermen on the various ports which surround the place.

ERMITAGE APARTMENT gives a feeling of typical Provençal place in the heart of French Riviera. It provides a feeling of peace; however it is in no time away from civilisation and bubbly experiences. Food is vital to France. Therefore restaurants and all kind of shops/groceries are available to guests. It is more difficult to choose which one rather than finding one.
