About this property

Yosemite Rustic Retreat with Hot Tub, Pool, Springs, Dogs! 5 acres private~

In the Sierra Foothills, 28 miles to Yosemite, near Coulterville, Groveland, Sonora, Mariposa. Great for water sports, hiking, swimming and relaxing! Super great for dogs and kids!!
2200' elevation. 4WD not needed.
Summer temps- 85-100 degrees. Winter- 35-55.
45mins to the north/west gate of Yosemite.
Private use - 5 acres.
Up to 3 dogs (and cats) are included. $50 per after the first 3.
Larger groups and events welcome. Chat us up.

Large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home/cabin with well stocked kitchen (2 fridges, stove/double oven, dishwasher, back deck bbq, sundries), smart tv, fireplace (we have tons of wood) and free wifi (works perfectly 99% of the time). Home is one floor with front and back porches.

Our unique property is an old working ranch with 35 acres of meadows, hiking trails, an old cabin, barn, natural springs, an in ground pool and swimming cistern and 6 person Hot Tub.

Our guest house is near the road (you will hear some vehicles) and easily accessible but still very private. Roads are flat and parking plentiful/easy. We also have space for boats, RV's, trailers.
We have dogs(enclosed at our house), cats(tame and feral), horses, deer, turkeys, foxes, bobcats... it's a party basically.
You have full and private access to the house and pool areas. Clothing optional. Near the pools, there is an outdoor shower, bbq area, sink, lounge chairs, covered and sunny areas.
Each morning around 8a, we will be at the pools for cleaning. Other than that, you have complete privacy.
Our pools are not heated(and do not have the ability to be heated) and are covered in the winter months. We uncover them late April.

Extra large living and dining room. 2 couches, 2 large dining room tables, smart tv, bluetooth player, games, pub table.

Most of our beds have Casper Mattresses. And this will make you very happy!
