Charming North Side /Bay Cape Oasis located 3 blocks from picturesque, warm-water Mayflower and Bayview Beaches on the corner of dirt road that will bring you back to your childhood.

This 5 bedroom, 2 full baths with 2 family rooms and dining room will support your next family memories on Cape Cod.

Sleeps 15 with spacious bedrooms on two floors.

The outdoor shower is delightful after a day at the beach.

Enjoy a cocktail relaxing on our dock themed deck overlooking the spacious 1/2 acre yard and granite fire pit.

Great home for families! Access to Bayview/Resident only beach. Local restaurants

AC units in each bedroom and in main dining/living space.

Well loved home that’s great for a family

This cottage has great outdoor space for games and gathering. It’s a ten minute walk to nearby beaches and even to a few restaurants. The kitchen functions well. The beds are comfortable and the two family rooms are comfortable with nice light. Check the bedroom photos carefully as two of the upstairs bedrooms, are best suited for kids. Be sure to order linens in advance and pick up soap, shampoo, TP, your own hair dryer, etc. And expect a home that is warm, but worn around the edges - nothing feels precious which is relaxing for a family gathering.

Lovely vacation home

We had a wonderful time staying in this spacious home that is walking distance from Bayview and Mayflower Beach. Our kids enjoyed the large yard and fire pit and the house has many thoughtfully appointed details with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable deck. Eleana and Michael were very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Such a convenient location and we have made many great memories at this home!

Perfect house for families, close to the best beaches!

Our group of three families spends a week on the Cape each year. This was our first time staying at this beautiful house and it has been by far our favorite! It is walking distance from the best beaches on Cape Cod. It has a spacious yard with a tree swing, hammock, and fire pit and a deck that overlooks the yard (enclosed by hedges) - perfect for the adults to hang out while keeping an eye on the little ones. The bedrooms and living spaces are comfortable and clean, while the kitchen is well-stocked. There are A/C units in every room. Easy to communicate with the owners. This was a truly relaxing vacation where we could get away from it all. Cannot recommend highly enough, and we hope to be back.
