Coastal King Couples Retreat Oceanfront Beach Property Convenient to Everything!

Set in a serene location right on the beach, this complex offers a peaceful retreat. It is a short walk to Coligny Plaza, a vibrant area featuring a variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The complex boasts a pool and sundeck, perfect for relaxation.
With high-speed internet, WIFI, smart TVs, Roku, and cable, you're always connected. Enjoy the comforts of home with a fully stocked kitchen, a plush King bed, ideal for remote work, and modern updates, along with included amenities. Charming condo on the beach! Enjoy watching the sunrise from the balcony, all while experiencing the comforts of home.
These cozy units are ideal for couples; having more than two adults may feel cramped. However, we can accommodate an additional small child if needed. My goal is to ensure an exceptional experience for my guests, so I limit the number of occupants to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
Please note that this unit does not have bunk beds. It features a main bedroom with a king-sized bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. We have recently installed a barn door in the bathroom to maximize space.
There is a laundry room on each floor of our complex that takes quarters. There is a dollar changer if needed.
This location is ideal for a beach getaway, allowing you to recharge and unwind in a serene setting. The entire unit is available for rent. It is situated in a prime location, steps away from the beach. We live in Bluffton and are close by if needed. Great location on the Beach, our complex is located on the Beach side of South Forest Beach Drive. The Property is oceanfront and on the beach. Many bike rental places, shopping, and restaurants are within walking distance. Walk to everything! Rent bikes nearby. This property is in a prime location on the Island—numerous restaurants, shops, and cafes within walking distance. The property is situated on the ocean, just steps from the beach, offering a stunning view from the balcony.
Our complex does not allow pets. If your dog is a service dog, there is paperwork that we need from our POA before you check in. Please request the approval forms with plenty of time for the POA to approve, as this process can take 2-4 weeks.
No Smoking or Vaping, no motorcycles, trailers, RVs, or golf carts allowed on premises.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We enjoyed our stay in Rebecca's condo.! It is small but was clean and tastefully decorated and was perfect for my husband and me for our long Valentine's Day weekend. We appreciated the king size bed, the pretty view of the palm trees and ocean and the location. We enjoyed walks on the beach each morning and walking to the shops and restaurants. Rebecca was wonderful to check in with us to see if we needed anything and to share ideas for places to eat. We would stay there again.

This is our second condo purchase on Hilton Head Island, we own 2 in the building.
We were fortunate to relocate to the island permanently at the end of 2019. We want the very best experience for our guests, so we are constantly tweaking and upgrading the condos. We live a few minutes away and are always available by phone or text.

Why they chose this property

We love the location! Right on the beach, walking distance to Coligny Plaza lots of great restaurants, shops. Near Celebration Park & Amphitheater. A gated community must have fob to enter. Many bike rental places are nearby to tour the island. Very convenient.

What makes this property unique

Seaside Villa's is a great location with an elevator which is so helpful to bring groceries and luggage up to the unit. Our complex is ON the beach, short walk to the sand, view from your unit.
