Elegance at the beach -Ocean View Villa, Gorgeous!

Enjoy stunning ocean views from this newly redesigned second-floor villa in the heart of Hilton Head’s main beach. Located in Seaside, a gated oceanfront complex, this stylish retreat features a plush king bed, modern kitchen with granite counters, sleek flooring, and a spa-like walk-in shower. Relax on the private balcony or take a short stroll to Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut for dining, shopping, and live music. The perfect beach getaway! 🌊☀️

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza, easily walkable. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

This place was wonderful! Location is fantastic- clean, cute, and right on the beach and walking distance to the shops and a ton of great restaurants. We rented bikes for a few days to make it even faster to get around and even took them on the beach which was a blast. Host had cute beach themed cookies for us on arrival which was an unexpected bonus and so sweet

Great little place for a couple. You can see the ocean but can’t see the beach itself. Not a place I would plan to do a lot of cooking in. We would definitely stay there again.

This villa is very cozy and worked perfectly for my husband and I! It had everything we needed for comfort and cleanliness with a very cozy ambience. Communication with Kendall was top notch. There are both steps and elevator for your convenience. The laundry is very close to the villa if it’s needed. The pool area is lovely! The path to the ocean is relatively short and the access to and from is great. There is also a picturesque area to sit between the villa and walk to the ocean. We are so glad we chose to stay here while visiting HHI. Very, very wonderful! We hope to be back!
