Condo description:
Life is better at the beach! Bring your flip flops and relax. Our sunny oceanfront condo is just a short stroll to the sand, with first-floor access, sunrise balcony views, and all the comforts of home. Sip fresh gourmet coffee, stream your favorites on the 65" Smart TV, or head out for a full day of sun and surf. Perfect for couples, small families, or solo travelers seeking a summer escape.

Pocket doors on the right side of the hallway lead to the queen bedroom and the bathroom. A swing door also connects the bedroom to the bathroom. The bedroom boasts a firm memory foam mattress with a 3" gel memory foam topper, full length mirror, large ceiling fan, and 32" smart TV, with a chest of drawers in the closet. Master closet also contains iron and ironing board, a pack & play, and beach towels.

In the hallway are built-in bunks designed for younger kids (75"x25") with storage space underneath. Short adults may also be able to use the bunks. Both bunks have memory foam mattresses.

Also in the hallway are three closets. The middle one, just past the bunks, contains the beach cart, chairs, and other beach items, as well as a broom for guest use.

The kitchen features full size, stainless steel appliances; coffee bar with gourmet coffee pods and teas, stove protector knobs, place settings for 6, children's table ware for 4, drinking glasses and wine tumblers, stocked 16-spice rack, crockpot, blender, toaster, cookware, bakeware, 12-quart stock pot, 2 strainers, full set of cooking utensils and other kitchenware, knife set, bamboo cutting boards, and glass food storage.

There is dining space for 6 with four chairs and a bench.

The queen sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress like the other beds in the unit.

Step out onto the balcony and enjoy fantastic eastern views of the dunes and ocean beyond, with the constant soothing sound of the waves in the background. Relax on the balcony with your coffee or tea and watch the sun rise over the Atlantic every morning.

Other items of note:
- Safety with 24-hour security and gated access.
- One parking pass included with reservation. Additional passes are $35 per vehicle.
- Convenient bike rentals within the complex.
- A fitness center pass may be purchased at the front desk. Fitness center access is restricted to those with a pass.
- The laundry room right down the hall; a card for guest use is provided but may need to be loaded at the kiosk in the laundry room.
- Outdoor grilling and picnic areas are first come, first served.
- Three restaurants and a seasonal ice cream stand.
- Seasonal beach chair rentals available on the beach near the boardwalk (run by an independent company).
- The pools are open year-round, but are not heated and do not have lifeguards. Swim at your own comfort and risk.

Rules to remember:
- Guests must be 21 or older or accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. (Resort policy)
- No pets.
- No smoking in the condo or on the balcony (there are outdoor smoking stations throughout the resort).
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- Balcony lights out at 10 p.m. to help our sea turtles.
- Absolutely NO parcels or packages may be shipped to the rental under any circumstances.
