Our rental was clean and the kitchen updated. Older complex but well kept. Pool area, grass, trees and dock area were really nice!

Perfect Beach Condo

Great location; nice and quiet at night but not too far away from the Village and “Capt Curt’s corner” if you wanted to go. My teens loved the pool when they were tired of the beach. The coin laundry was just 2 doors away. Loved that a beach cart, cooler, umbrellas, beach toys and chairs were provided. The kitchen and living area is big enough so we didn’t feel like we were in each other’s way. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place for an extended stay

The host was very communicative, nice, and accomodating. The room was so clean! There was an ice maker in the freezer along with ice trays. The room was perfect for 2 people. The pool is heated which was nice for an 8 am swim when it opens. Close to the village, with free rides. There is a binder provided that has everything you need to know upon arrival. Close walk to the beach with everything youd need instead of renting supplies. Would recommend!

The host responded quickly to messages and when the wind had broken the umbrella they had it replaced for us quickly. The condo was beautiful and it was so nice having everything there to take to the beach with us. Would rent again

We come down every year for spring training baseball. We have stayed many places, and this is by far one of our favorites. Very clean, very cozy, and just all round perfect.

Great location for beach

Nice updated condo. Small but perfect for singles or couple. Beach access is just a short walk across the street. Close to large public access beach in Siesta Key. There is public transportation available to shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed the stay for a friends beach wedding. No elevator, but there were only two floors. Would highly recommend this particular condo as I was told that not all condos in this area were updated.
