Questa casa con 3 camere da letto si trova in posizione centrale sulla riva occidentale del Lago Tahoe a Tahoe City e offre splendide viste sulla foresta e aggiornamenti in tutta la casa. La nostra elegante fuga è adatta agli animali domestici e ha un soppalco perfetto per recuperare il lavoro o dormire troppo pieno. La nostra elegante casa con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni si trova sulla sponda occidentale del lago Tahoe nella zona Sunnyside di Tahoe City. È il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e fuggire, pur essendo abbastanza vicino alle comodità moderne.

Il livello principale della casa presenta un open space con cucina, sala da pranzo e zona giorno, ampie finestre e uno splendido camino a gas con rocce di fiume. È fantastico per passare del tempo con la famiglia e divertirsi. Se sali solo su per le scale troverai un grazioso soppalco con una piccola area di lavoro e un futon a grandezza naturale per dormire a trabocco. Al piano inferiore troverete 3 camere da letto, tra cui una grande suite principale con un letto matrimoniale, una camera con un letto matrimoniale e una camera per bambini con 2 set di letti a castello.

Cammina per una breve distanza in cima alla strada per vedere ampie vedute del Lago Tahoe e goditi chilometri di sentieri che conducono al Tahoe Rim Trail.

Gli ospiti estivi apprezzeranno la vicinanza a ristoranti, spiagge e sentieri escursionistici, nonché gli interni luminosi e allegri. Gli ospiti invernali godranno della vista di fresche nevicate sugli alberi attraverso le ampie finestre, il parcheggio nel garage per 2 auto e il rapido tragitto in auto verso le località sciistiche di Homewood, Squaw Valley e Alpine Meadows.

Beautiful house in great area

Everything was accurate as the listing except for one thing. We chose this house because of the fenced yard and the large size of the yard for our dog. However there is no entrance to the yard from inside the house. You need to go out the front door and around to the side gate. Not a big issue but I would have appreciated this information.

beautiful home, close to skiing

Well stocked kitchen, short walk to a meadow with an amazing view of the lake, close to Alpine Meadows and Tahoe Palisades for skiing. Perfect vacation home!

Great dog friendly home!

We loved this rental! It was perfect for our family of four and border collie pup. Loved the big windows, outdoor deck and yard. Location was perfect and close to many dog friendly beaches. Would stay there again for sure!

Close to Lake Tahoe and Palasades

Lovely home with lots of windows. Beautiful views. Short picturesque drive to ski Palasades. Just as pictured and very clean. Very cozy. Would deffinetly book again!

Great house

This house is as pictured on the website, but exceeded expectations. The great room is well laid out, very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and clean. The bedrooms are also clean and beds comfortable. We would come again!

Dog Friendly Lovely Home

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home in Tahoe City. It allowed us to enjoy our dog , close friends, and their grandchild in a cozy and beautiful forest setting. We will be back! With much gratitude, we write this review.

Excellent Stay in Beautiful Tahoe

Great Thanksgiving Holiday

The place was great. I have been going up to Lake Tahoe for the last 3 Thanksgiving Holidays and this place was perfect for my family. The kids enjoyed the area for sledding in the snow. Great location. The only thing I would suggest is to keep an eye on the weather. The place is up hill so if there is a lot of snow, as there was this year I would recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Would defiantly stay again.

Loved this place!

This was the perfect location, size, and layout for our Tahoe vacation. It is attractively and comfortably appointed, clean, organized, and the staff is super responsive. A few minor requests: carpeting probably really needs deep cleaning, a few reading lamps in the main living room, and it would be great to be able to get to the back yard from the deck or within the house. (Need to go outside to get to fenced in yard.) Thank you for the comfortable and easy vacation!

Evacuee paradise

I found this lovely cabin on VRBO on the day that we needed to evacuate the Kincade fire in Sonoma County. The property manager was super helpful, allowed us to come a day early, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great neighborhood, great yard for the dog, lovely view of Lake Tahoe from the top of the street, warm and comfortable. Everything we needed. We hope to return under better circumstances!

Beautiful home in a gorgeous location

My wife, dog, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and clean. The location was perfect: it was a short walk to everything we needed, including trails that led to the Tahoe Rim Trail. The backyard was perfect for our dog. We received over 2 feet of snow in one night and the snow removal service of the neighborhood was on top of things. The property manager was quick and courteous to all our inquiries. No complaints and we would happily recommend this location and the property manager to anyone.

Snow Fun

We had a great time. The kids loved the backyard They were able to play in the snow without me having to go down to the yard. I watched from the deck. I was surprised there is no way to get in the back yard except from the gate out front. I’m guessing because of possible bears…

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beds were great! Whole house was nice. The location was really good for all of our activities. Would definitely rent again. Little Cons: The half bath door didn’t close, therefore couldn’t be locked. The washing machine was so loud, you couldn’t run it while sleeping. Could use more or bigger fans to cool off the afternoons and evenings.

Awesome cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this cabin and had a great time here. It was perfect for 3 of us and two dogs. The fireplace runs off temperature settings which was great. I had some issues with the heat when we first arrived, but started working after a few hours. The bed rooms are downstairs (just like my house) so the living area and kitchen stay warm while the bedrooms stay cool for a goodnight sleep. The view and all the windows were great. I would stay here again. I love being just down the street from downtown Tahoe City.

A gem with a wonderful surprise!

This property is lovely. Three of us stayed but room for more.My daughter was able to do an evening zoom in the upstairs loft room. The fenced yard was a great place for our dog to run. There are peeks of the lake. But the biggest surprise was our walk to the end of the street that backs up to forest service property. There are stunning views of the entire lake. We took hikes into the forest too. Our dog lived it too. We would stay here again. The kitchen had everything, the house is very clean and comfortable!! The full windows are beautiful and lovely to look out after a day of skiing. Great home!! We will stay here again!!!

So close to beautiful trails

We had a blast with our dogs in the snow. I love the location of this house. There are amazing trails just a short walk down the road. I will absolutely book this place again. So worth it. Especially with the fenced in yard. So nice to be able to let our dogs romp and play back there. The only thing to note is that there is no entrance to backyard from house. You have to go out front door and walk around to the back. We had to clear a better path to the back gate, then shovel out the gate so we could enter the backyard. We visited when there was a lot of snow and even more dropped while we were there. It was magical. Loved it!
