Great location. Loved being able to use the golf cart, pool, and corn hole. They were very responsive with any questions we had. Would recommend this rental!

Bay Breeze Cottage was perfect for my husband and I and our pups. The cottages are quaint, clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. But the amenities are what really set this property apart. There are only 3 cottages, so it's a peaceful environment. And they have a heated pool, a grill and a game of cornhole. They also provide a golf cart, beach chairs, fishing poles, paddle board, kayaks, etc free of charge! The location is great - walking distance to the beach and the bay. We will definitely be back - thank you!

Let me start off with all the good!- The pool was amazing!! my kids LOVED it! We were the only ones to use it while we were there which was awesome but there was definitely room for others. - The golf cart was also so cool to be able to have to get around!- Managment company was very responsive- location was great- The cottage and bedding felt clean which is really importantThis is where I was a bit disappointed..The pictures of the cottage online are, I think, from before the hurricane last year. They need to be updated to show what the current cottage looks like. All different furniture and even constructional changes (such as adding an exterior door where the window is behind the couch) I would have appreciated knowing before going into it. This small cottage has 3 exterior doors, which I did not know and with two very small children, I didn't love. The picture I have attached is the wall with the pullout couch in the listing. It's now a murphy bed with a door behind it to the garage area. Overall we had a great time, but I didn't love feeling like I walked into a different cottage than I booked.

Cute little cottage, loved the location!

My daughter and I spent two nights in Anna Maria. This cottage is on the quieter end of the island and we loved it. It’s close to the pier and takes on a few minutes to get to the gulf beaches. Murphy bed didn’t have any linens but we slept in the same bed so it didn’t matter to us. Property came with a golf cart and had a nice pool.

Cozy Beach Cottage

We loved our 3 night stay here! It was such a great location. You could walk a few minutes and be at Bean Point beach which was the most beautiful part of the whole island! It was close to great restaurants, a nice French bakery with great coffee! They have a heated pool which was great since the beach was still a little cool. We can’t wait to come back again! Thank you so much!

Beautiful

Well, we unfortunately picked the coldest various days ever. We did walk the beach and brave the weather. But it is a beautiful area. We frequent several of the coffee, houses and restaurants and have a lovely time.

This rental was great! It is in a perfect location, the beautiful north end of AMI. Jimmy, the owner, was great to work with and the property is in pristine condition. We will be back for sure!

What a peaceful place!

We loved our stay. Everything was just as we expected, really amazing amenities with the unit. We used the bikes, golf cart, corn hole, pool and more daily. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot between beach and shops

My hubby and I stayed here for a babymoon. It was a great decision! The location is perfect with a short walk to beach or longer (but not long) walk to shops/resturants - or a short golf cart ride! We took full advantage of the golf cart many times. I fortunately didn’t ride bikes or kayak, but the make amenities are great. Pool is clean and refreshing just like pics. Bathroom is updated. Supposedly they emailed instructions on entry after booking but I could not find them so took a bit to get in contact with manager at check-in… but then he was very responsive throughout! Def recommend for relaxing vacation if you want mostly chill beach time and some yummy food.

Amazing Anna Maria Visit

This cottage was the perfect getaway for 2 adults and 1 child. Great location- loved the golf cart, kayaks and paddle boards. We loved hanging by the pool and walking up to the rod and reel pier! Dan was great to answer any and all questions we had- we would definitely return!

Quiet end of AMI

We love the location. It’s on the quiet end of the island, but close enough to walk and ride bikes into town. Great pool. The place is very clean. The bikes, golf cart, and grill are nice perks But they all need to be updated or fixed.

A cute little place! Some of the online pictures were from another cottage- our place was not quite as nicely furnished. Blinds down in the bedroom that were never replaced during our stay. That said, it met our needs and the location was excellent. The pool and golf cart were wonderful extras! Good communication with the property owner and managers.

Loved it!

We absolutely loved staying here. We totally lucked out booking this rental and being so close to Bean Point! Best beach at AMI. We could walk to the beach everyday and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. The girls loved the pool and the outside area was so nice and private with the 3 cottages. We would def stay her again.

Clean, quiet little cottage.

The location and cottage was cute and clean. I do feel it would have been a bit more pleasurable if furniture and outdoor amenities were updated. The bed was very hard and noisy and pillows werent fluffy at all, I didnt sleep well. Bikes, beach chairs, and patio furniture was rusted and the golf cart is outdated as well. I noticed all the other golf carts around the city were newer, electric, and seemed to go much faster than mine. The place was clean, but I feel it wasnt worth the 1300 I paid for only 3 days.

Great Location. Good accommodations.

The size of the cottage is great for two people. The location is wonderful! Close to shops and restaurants. You don’t need your car to go to any of these places, the golf cart is all you need. The Rod and Reel Pier is in walking distance. You can fish or eat at the restaurant. The cottage has all the equipment you need to enjoy the beaches. Definitely looking forward to visit again.

Quaint coastal cottage near Bean Point beach

Our family had a very nice stay at this property. The owners were very responsive and helpful with any information we needed. There was a golf cart that we were able to use nearby around town on most roads. The most difficult part was figuring out the parking situation closer to the beach and then finding parking for the beach access points. There are plenty of signs around indicating where one can and cannot park. The cottage itself is small but had all that we needed for a family of 4. Our kids slept on the pull-out couch. They had no complaints. :) The bed was clean and comfortable too. Check-in and check-out were easy as well. We had a great time and highly recommend!

This was a beautiful place to stay on Anna Maria! Right across from the rod and reel pier, a nice pool to share with just a few other guests, and a golf cart to use!

A little quirky but great.

The cottage was clean and comfortable but laid out a little quirky. There are 3 doors but 2 are covered with furniture. The bed was very comfortable but there’s no place to put luggage. You have to unpack into the dresser but one of the main drawers is broken and unusable. The kitchen is great and we’ll stocked. Everything you need is provided. We loved that we didn’t need to buy the basics like coffee filters and dish soap. The golf cart was great! The bikes are rusted and we’ll worn but useable. We picked out 2 and road all over. There’s beach chairs and wagons available to walk the 2 blocks to the beach. However, the chairs are also rusted and worn. Two were broken and unusable. We didn’t use the kayaks or paddle boards due to wind. We looked at the kayaks and the seat in one was completely destroyed. The location of the cottage is great. One block from Rod and Reel pier and 2 blocks from Bean Point. The pool is amazing and we used it every day. The cottage was adequate for the week but could be improved by adding hooks and shelves in the bathroom and hooks in the bedroom. It’s a small space and there’s no place to put anything. We had our bath towels hanging over dining chairs to dry. Maintaining the bikes, beach chairs and kayaks would be a big plus for this place. We had a great week and would stay again.
