Cozy Cottage w private Beach Access,AC&WiFi -Quiet North End AMI. Tropical Oasis

Sea Garden Cottage is a true island gem and escape. Sea Garden Cottage is located on North Shore Drive at the north end of the island. It’s charming decor and garden oasis are sure to make you lose yourself in your future get-a-way.

This home rests on a 1.23 acre lot directly on the Gulf, a rarity on the island. The lot is surrounded by mature trees, tropical vegetation, and views of the Gulf and its sandy shores. We had lost 2 very large trees since the 2 hurricanes in 2024, so there is newly planted vegetation and resurgence of the old vegetaion.

The master bedroom has king size bed with half bath and TV. The guest bedroom has 2 XL twin beds and a small TV. Both rooms open to a screened lanai where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

Sea Garden is fully equipped with linens, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, tea pot, crock pot, pots and pans.

We provide free high speed WIFI. We are switching from cable TV to streaming YouTube TV. TV's in each bedroom and living room.

We absolutely loved the property. It far exceeded our very high expectations based on the pictures. Kari was a delight to work with.The house is such a short distance from the local restaurants that we ended up walking the beach every day to a local restaurant for lunch. Definitely didn’t need the car once we were there.The house was very well outfitted, really providing all that we needed to enjoy our breakfast and dinner at home each day.I really loved the terrazzo floors, overall layout, and just general feel. The screened in porch and lawn though really made the place. It’s definitely something special.

Sea Garden is a truly special place. The location was ideal with only a few minute walk to shopping and restaurants. The house was perfect for our needs and the property was incredible. Kari and her team are great hosts and have anticipated the needs of guests in every way. SG is a beautifully renovated cottage with a fully equipped kitchen including new appliances to updated bathrooms and bedrooms. Everything was available for a day at the beach including chairs, umbrellas and toys to bikes for riding on the island. A screened porch provides a beautiful view of the tropical landscaping. Having your own personal path and private beach access was one of a kind.

The cozy cottage has such beautiful gardens and a seating area with ocean view. Providing guests with 4 bikes to use and beach gear and towels really sets this vacation rental apart from the vast majority. The host has also thought of everything to make a stay comfortable.

Very cute house with great beach access. Neighborhood is very quiet, with a lot of options for breakfast/coffee, and everything else. You can walk to City Pier, (and Rod&Reel when it is rebuilt). The owner has a shed on site that is LOADED with al the beach gear, toys, chairs, etc you will need. Master bedroom was spacious, as was the 2nd bedroom. Fold-out coach was a bonus. There is still some landscaping work needed to be done as part of the post-hurricane recovery, but other than that, it was a great little place to stay for a family of 4.

Home away from Home

This was our second visit to Cozy Cottage and it never disappoints! It is a beautiful Old Florida cottage (which we love and prefer) that is fully appointed-from a fully supplied kitchen, beach towels, umbrellas, and a screened-in lanai for rainy afternoons. I can’t say enough about our stay at Sea Garden! It was our first time visiting AMI, and we fell in love with the island. The cottage was so cozy, and the amenities there were definitely above average for the typical vacation rental. Communication with the host, Kari, before and throughout our stay was excellent. The grounds of the cottage were beautiful, and the shed filled with bikes and beach gear made it so easy and enjoyable for us. The private access to the most beautiful and relaxing beach were the high points for us. I may also add that the outdoor shower was a definite highlight! Amazing sunsets over the ocean and the jungle-like trail to the beach provided adventures for us every single day!! We definitely will recommend Sea Garden to our family and friends!

The last time we stayed here was during Helene and we decided to stay. This house and that amazing tree and God are by far the only reason we were able to be here to come back. Needless to say this trip was by far much better. The house is still amazing, the town was thriving, the views from the private chairs down by the beach and the walk through the "rainforest " is so amazing. We will stay here again FOR SURE. We have stayed at a few other places on AMI but this one is our favorite by far. If you're thinking of staying in AMI this is the place.

Private oasis

This little cottage is exactly what we’ve been looking for. We’ve been coming to AMI ten years and have always wanted our own private access to the beach and we were not disappointed. It was magical walking this path and suddenly everything opens up to paradise. The little cottage was just perfect for three of us and has everything you need for comfort.
