Wonderful location. Wonderful condo. Had everything we needed. Mattresses were old box spring mattresses and not very comfortable. If it had new pillowtop mattresses it would be great.

This is probably one of the nicest condos I’ve ever stayed in at Myrtle Beach. The unit was immaculate. Her updates were very thoughtfully done. The bedrooms were very spacious and you cannot beat the view from the family room. Kitchen island, stools, and table chairs were so comfortable as were the couch and loveseat.Given that this is a rental property, I thought the beds were comfortable and most definitely better than most. The pool in the lazy river are small, but if you have kids that need a quieter, calm environment this is absolutely perfect for them. I would absolutely stay here over and over again.

Great Stay

Had a wonderful experience. Property, accommodations and location all great. Check-in and out could be a lot smoother without having to visit a remote location with physical keys but overall we had a great time.

The beds could use a little upgrade as they are very springy and hard on the back. Other than that, everything was well maintained. You have everything you would need for cooking. The facility is also well kept and a short walk to the beach. It’s located close to shopping and grocery stores. Easy to locate and navigate in the area. We will definitely keep this in mind for our next group trip.

50 years of friendship

We met in college 50 years ago. This was our first VRBO experience and it far exceeded our expectations Beautiful, very clean, updated condo perfectly situated in CherryGrove section of N Myrtle Beach. Large balcony overlooking the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and hope to return next year!

Great place to get away at!

We had 5 nights at this place, and it was amazing! Super clean, spacious, and right on the beach! The parking couldn't have been any closer to the elevator which made carrying our luggage up to the room a breeze. Definitely recommend a stay at this oasis at the beach!

Great location, beautiful oceanfront view

The condo was exactly as described! The unit was very clean when we arrived. The 10th floor ocean views were great as well! Check in process was pretty simple and the communication was great. We visit quite often and this was our first time at this property. We would definitely stay here again!

Several times, guests on other patios were smoking which disturbed us. Picking up and returning the keys to the management company 20 minutes south of the property was inconvenient and added excess travel time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived and found we could check in early and found the unit clean and ready to go. Everything was just like the website said it would be. We had 6 adults and were very comfortable. The kitchen is a little small but hey, you are in a condo on the ocean! The balcony was great and fit all 6 of us. New furniture on the balcony (pictures on website are old). Assigned parking was great. Elevators up to the 10th floor were fast. Beach access was very nice, they even had a place to rinse off your car if you wanted to. We would definitely recommend for your trip and would come back! LOTS of golf within 20-30 minutes. We ended up in N Carolina a couple of days.

Unfortunately they were doing work on the beach with bulldozers and dump trucks which wasn’t that bad just inconvenient. However the condo above us was renovating with drilling and hammering which was absolutely terrible. I know it wasn’t our condo owners fault, but a heads up would have been nice. Overall I would recommend this condo. Just ask if the building is being renovated at the time

Perfect!

The property is even more beautiful in person, and you cannot beat the view of the ocean from the living area or bedroom. My husband and I liked it so much that we have already booked another visit for next month, and we plan to bring my mother-in-law sometime in the fall.

Beautiful Beach View

We had a wonderful time during our daughters senior spring break. Lot's to do in the area and the sunrises/sunsets are just outstanding. We were there in late March so a cold streak had come thru but still beautiful and the sounds of the waves are so relaxing. I would definately bring cleaning supplies and extra items like TP, papertowel & handsoap. But if you need to get these items during your stay the IGA just south of condo has everything and more.

Excellent location. Building in good repair. Balcony furniture is excellent. Housekeeping needs improvement, especially tubs and showers. Old fashioned key that you must drive to the office to retrieve and return. Access needs updating.

Wonderful 2 week stay....

Enjoyed the whole experience. One neighbor came over to ensure everything was alright -- when I was packing the night prior to leaving. Very nice. Only issue is I like to cook, so took many things with me. I did buy a few things that were lacking e.g. larger pot for boiling spaghetti & making soup & chili, hand held can opener & Potato / Carrot Peeler need to be better. Wonderful view and loved the parking location. Definitely would stay again.
