Newly renovated bathroom in 2024! This bright and airy oceanview villa offers everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. Enjoy stunning views, wood-look luxury vinyl flooring, and Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and the cozy layout includes a Queen bed and a sleeper sofa. Beach chairs And Bikes included! Just steps to the sand and a short walk to Coligny Plaza’s shops, dining, and entertainment. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. 🌊☀️🏖️

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! 🌊🏝️

Biking is the preferred method of transportation on the island. We provide two beach bikes for you and there are rentals available across the street from our building or you can bring your own.



Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Very nice place with everything we needed for our stay. Linens, beach chairs and bikes are ready to enjoy. It is a short walk to Coligny circle, which we did almost every day. A notebook with condo instructions, restaurant suggestions and things to do suggestions was a nice touch.

We really enjoyed Sandy Feet. There were many helpful things to use at the beach which was nice since we flew to Savannah. There was no umbrella but you could rent one on the beach. The place was very clean and well stocked. We thought the nicely decorated cookies when we checked in was a special surprise.

We used to provide umbrellas but people were putting them up when it's too windy breaking them and then they wouldn't tell us and would put it back only for the next person to lug it down to the beach to find it broken, making that person frustrated. So we unfortunately just had to do away with them :( Please look us up for future stays!

From booking to leaving, Kendall was wonderful to work with! The unit was very clean and the perfect setup for our trip. We loved being so close to the beach (even though it was very cool) and Coligny Plaza had great options for dining and shopping. We hope to return soon!
