Con su entorno boscoso de montaña en las prístinas Laurel Estates en el Glades Resort, Splash Time Cinema le brinda la sensación de aislamiento total, aunque se encuentra a poca distancia en auto del centro de Gatlinburg y a pocos kilómetros de las atracciones de Pigeon Forge. Esta lujosa unidad de 6 habitaciones tendrá a su familia relajada y feliz durante toda su Escapada Smoky Mountain. Esta cabaña deja poco que desear con una sala de juegos que cuenta con un juego multi-arcade, hockey de aire, futbolín, mesa de juego y mucho más que hacer en el resto de la casa. Disfrute de la noche con la familia para relajarse en el cine en casa o sople energía en la piscina del nivel inferior. No olvidemos la cocina totalmente equipada para todas sus necesidades de cocina casera. Ya sea que desee relajarse en la tranquilidad de las montañas, o participar y estar cerca de las muchas aventuras que ofrece Smoky Mountains, el Splash Time Cinema lo tiene todo y es el lugar ideal para sus vacaciones en Smoky Mountain.

Si bien las tormentas de fuego de 2016 fueron absolutamente desgarradoras, nos complace anunciar que las montañas son verdes nuevamente y que la reconstrucción en toda el área de Gatlinburg está en pleno apogeo. I gave 4 stars only because for 2 days we had no internet, phones or tv. You do need to replace the bulbs above the oven, it was hard to see to cook.The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The water was always hot….definitely a plus. Everyone said they slept great on the beds and that too was a plus. We saw bears and raccoons and everyone thought that was awesome.The view was great. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

We absolutely loved the cabin and would definitely stay here again. The only reason I'm leaving a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because of the check-in policy. Because I booked the cabin 2 days before our stay, I had to drive from almost Pittman Center to Wears Valley in Pigeon Forge (easily 40 min drive) on Saturday to show them my ID(which I had already emailed)and credit card and sign another piece of paper. I risked missing my daughter's soccer games, the entire reason we were there. I've stayed at numerous cabins and have NEVER had to do this before, even for cabins we booked the same day. It's super inconvenient, waste of gas & time. It could've all be taken care of via email like all the other cabin rental companies.The cabin does need some minor repairs, paint and replacing floor laminate, but nothing that really affected our stay. We saw 2 bears while there! The cabin and maintenance response was amazing!

Pool temp and dryer not working

We loved the house and area but pool temp was low and dryer wire was broken.We called the maintenance folks but looks like dryer they can not repair immediately. If you know that dryer is not working why you put cabin on VRBO. Disappointed about this issues. No refund or anything from pre property manager and owner.

Enjoyable Vacation

The cabin was spacious and everyone had their on room. Rooms where nice and clean. TV's only workwd in living room and theater room.Parking was okay. The cabin next to us kept parking in our spot and when reported, management never returned my call when the situation escalated. Kitchen was adequate. Overall, it was a nice cabin, but will not book with them.again.

Family christmas

Overall our stay was good. They responded fairly quick when we needed something or had a problem. The pool was much too cold. They came out to turn the temp up as it is locked. Check the temp the first day so it can be warm enough while you're there. The beds are all spring beds from what we noticed. Comfortable enough for a good night's rest but they are noisy. The pullout beds need replaced. The bed in the theater room had a broken spring. The kitchen has very limited supplies so make sure you bring what need. There is not a meat thermostat, which i consider to be a basic kitchen tool. The kitchen does have a good amount of pots and pans. Our family likes to cook but as it was a Christmas trip we could only bring so much with us. They did put up a Christmas tree.We would stay here again in the end.

Great house and location but other issues !

The house os nice and has everything you might need with a good location. My issue was when I turned down the bed ,I noticed what looked like dry throw up on the blanket. Then on the last night my daughters killed a roach bug in the kitchen . I would had left early if this wasn't the last night . Also this house needs updated . Everything is worn such as couches. Patio set ect. .

This property was ok. I didn’t really care for the layout. We had 12 adults and 2 children so to try and watch football there isn’t enough seats that are comfortable in the living room. They could definitely replace the sofa and loveseat. The pool was great for the kids but don’t let them stick their foot in it before turning off the alarm haha and the hot tub didn’t work. The parking was perfect for 5 vehicles we had 3 full-size suvs a truck and a midsize suv. There is room for a very small car too. We brought extra garbage bags and ziplock bags per the reviews. Also if going in the winter you definitely need the space heaters in the bedroom it was freezing the first night! The two bedrooms upstairs do not have extra heaters fyi. They could also put a couple extra towels in the bathrooms. Next time I will probably book directly through Eden crest as the host fees were almost $1800 which I find ridiculous but that’s what you do when it’s new years. Over all it was an ok house will definitely do more research next time! The location was perfect. Eden crest was really easy to work with as well!

Cabin was nice, very clean. 13 family members stayed. Wi-Fi was spotty, very hard to get service, also ice machine worked half of the time, not really a big deal, just went and bought a bag of ice, remotes seem to not work very well, all in all a good stay, would stay again

Great Stay!

The family really enjoyed this cabin. It was a total of 10 adults, both singles and couples. We all slept comfortably! It was pretty close to getting to the main parts of Gatlinburg. Ample parking... if I am not mistaking, there were 5 parking spaces, two which were located in the driveway and three that were located across from the property. The host was very quick to respond! Only had to reach out once, since I made the last minute decision to bring my dog. Even he enjoyed himself. lol Would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone!

We enjoyed our stay with you, specially the pool and jacuzzi. The only thing we aren’t not happy we’re about that no extra trash bags. Other then that everything was great!! We had a lot of fun there.

Family trip

The place was truly amazing! The kids enjoyed the play room and the teens the cinema. There was more than enough space for the whole family and location was great! Really close to downtown and attractions. The cabin was really clean and well equipped. Thank you for having us! We are definitely coming back.

Nice place to stay

Overall a good place to stay. Use Wi-Fi on fridge not email/text. Recently updated. Cabin was clean, parking for up to 4 vehicles even though the site only lists two parking spots, pool was nice and good size for a few kids to play in, kitchen and bedrooms were all pretty nice, location was good, 5 minutes from downtown GATLINBURG, just a few minutes to grocery, dollar and liquor stores. Maintenance came quickly when we called about temperature problems to fix thermostat. Thermostats controlled multiple levels of the house causing fluctuations in temps between levels. Downstairs bedroom was about 67 degrees but if we turned it up much more, the mid level bedroom would be 75 or so. You have to find a happy medium. Air hockey table is aged and doesn’t really operate correctly, pool table is not even close to level, we placed a folded towel under leg to help, only two useable ques for table…I would not really gripe about such things, but if you advertise these things they should be in better shape. Couches throughout house are very worn. Hot tub is in direct sight line of about half a dozen other cabins. Overall, if you are not planning on spending a lot of time at the cabin, the issues with games and such aren’t a big deal. The location was great, cabin was good size(4 levels), plenty of sleeping space with four good size bedrooms and the management was responsive when we had a minor wifi issue upon arrival and maintenance issues with temp after first night.

Pretty nice place

So, the place was pretty nice. Everything looked pretty much like the pictures. The place was clean and super close to our activity. The only real downside to the trip was the Wi-Fi. We had twelve people stay and the Wi-Fi was pretty much nonexistent (even for the amount of people we had). Cell service in the area was limited too. Could have been some more cooking utensils and pots and pans. We did not stay super long so it did not play into things too bad, but had we stayed longer and wanted to prepare our meals there it could have been a problem. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and I would definitely look at booking this place again.

There was no signal for cellphones. No wifi like advertised. Tv would not work all the time. We weren’t able to see movies in the cinema room. The hot tub northe sauna didn’t worked will.

There were 12 ladies there. We all work together in some capacity. We enjoyed the stay tremendously. The only set back was the wi-fi. lol The pictures on the internet didn't do it justice. a very beautiful place.

Disappointed.

A family vacation getaway, and I chose this location because of all the said amenities. We did not have extra money to go to attractions, and with the amenities that were advertised and paid for, there was no reason. 1. House cleaning left red underwear under the bed. 2. there were roaches in the kitchen. 3. no wifi or tv most of the time. 4. the theater room was freezing. 5. the pool was too cold for the children to enjoy. 8. children are not allowed in the hot tub, and the sauna does not work. 9. the air hockey table had a hole . Maintenance had reported the wiring issues earlier that morning; the office was already aware of the problems. I called and reported these conditions immediately. Someone came out only to tell us that there is nothing they can do about the pool, sauna, air hockey and that the visitors before us had ripped out the wiring. We should have put my family in another cabin. I could have saved money and gone to the attractions but avoided Covid exposure. Tonie Biles

Birthdays to Remember

We had 13 people for two milestone birthdays. Plenty of room! The property is very nice. We had a few issues, most were worked out, but we sure hated bugging the rental managers so much. We never got the sauna working. The hot tub didn’t work the first day so we had to call and have it repaired. Pool doesn’t get warm enough for adults to enjoy, (79 is pretty cold)! Game room is pretty cool, lots to keep everyone occupied! Wifi is almost non-existent. We couldn’t stream any television. (Good thing the moms and Grandmas always bring movies! ) We loved that we could put the kids to bed on the upper floor and still enjoy adult time downstairs without bothering the kiddos. We bought the birthday package and they had the place decorated and a cake delivered to the cabin. An awesome service! Everyone agreed it was a great touch! Plenty of parking - we had 5 vehicles. Beds slept great. Everything was nice and clean and the place was well stocked with a grill that was spotless! Some of our crew never left the place! We would definitely rent again!

Family Thanksgiving Week Away

Our family (8 adults, 1 kid, 2 toddlers, 1 newborn) all stayed on this home over Thanksgiving. It was fantastic. We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Anytime I called the property manager they were quick to answer and responded so politely (especially Greg). I was afraid the amenities would be useless … the pool wouldn’t work or would be too dangerous, etc. That wasn’t the case at all. The pool was a lifesaver and so fun for all the kids. The theater room was fantastic all the games worked and had their pieces, and the locks and alarms for the pool worked wonderfully so we never had to fear the kids were there unsupervised. The only thing that didn’t work as well as we would’ve liked was the internet. The signal was weak throughout the house, despite the wi-fi extender. You could do some social media but no streaming on personal devices or even the smart TVs. We heard some neighbors say their wi-fi was weak too so it could have more to do with the location of the neighborhood than the house itself. We were fine but if anyone had needed to do work or anything that week, they would have been out of luck. The location was fantastic. I was afraid it would take forever to get anywhere but there shops, a gas station, and grocery store five minutes away and downtown Gatlinburg was only 10 minutes away. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay. I’d love to return.

Pretty beat up place, lots of broken stuff....

So. Many. Broken. Things. It got very frustrating.... Need a can opener? Nope, broken.... Had to use a pocket knife to pry open cans, awesome. Toilet paper? Nah, that fell off the wall... Want to do dishes in the dishwasher... Nah, the trollies are busted, missing wheelsand dumped all the dishes on the floor. Cut my foot open on glass. Need some towels or washcloths to accommodate 14? Yeah, bring your own. First floor bathroom shower is a waterbed. Seriously who uses linoleum in a shower? It's seperating from the floor and there's water under it, I'd hate to see how much mold and gunk is in there from all the previous guests. Need a snack? Check the unswept floor. Don't worry, after the baby was found eating spaghetti noodles, which we definitely didn't have with us, I decided to sweep.... But there was no dust pan. If you stay now, there is one, because we bought one. Also, bring paper towels and trash bags because 14 people in 4 days can generate more than two bags of trash, and you might need the trash bags for thatany people eating in... let me tell you.... The fridge. It was set to the highest setting, but it was warm for two days. I have the exact fridge at home, they told us it takes 24 hours for a fridge to get cold. It shouldnt. It doesn't. I know this for a fact. We should not have to wait 24 hours but it was actually almost two days, for a fridge to be cold enough to empty our coolers, just in time to pack up again! They didn't seem to care and no one ever showed up to fix it after calling twice. We had to throw food out. The hot tub water was cloudy and seemed gross, not fresh. Oh, and the bar stools are all rickety. We avoided them as a broken bar stool on top of the stairs seemed like a head injury waiting to happen. The neighbors were so loud the cops came(we didn't call, but we're sick of two days of fighting and screaming at 3am) . A child was found wandering around the road in a diaper without parents in the early morning, they were knocking on doors a while before the parents showed up. So that was lovely. The place overall is pretty worn out, you can tell people have abused it. Most of the doors including the master, didn't latch or stay shut. The wifi password on the fridge is wrong, the wifi was shotty at best, plus Alexa was useless and didn't respond to information command requests as they weren't stored like the information said it was. So, lots of really annoying things.... Pictures are obviously old
