Welcome to Serenity House in beautiful sunny Florida! Space galore, huge groups welcome! Spend your day lounging in the 1100 sq ft screened lanai with lit HEATED pool and attached spill over spa. Beautiful at night when you are star gaze. Relax with a drink by the indoor fireplace or take a candlelit jetted soak in the masterbath. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill for the chef in your party. All TV’s are smart. Not pictured are 2 brand-new smart TVs just added to the master suite and the secondary King bedroom. Pin locks and or alarms 5ft up on all doors to help keep your little one safe.

The home is huge and spacious, Perfect for large and small groups alike. Maximum 20. No worries about the neighbors. Privacy galore! We welcome large groups and social gatherings. Perfect for entertaining. Wonderful for those who just want to get away from it all and hide out with your favorite people! 

Close to all! Just minutes from world class golfing facilities, WEEKI WACHEE SPRINGS MYSTICAL BEAUTIFUL MERMAIDS, Scalloping, swimming with the manatees in beautiful crystal clear rivers, Busch Gardens sea world, gulf beaches, deep sea fishing, kayak, zip line and more! Appealing to all, Families, friends, golfers, hunters and fishermen will love this space! ATV rentals, beautiful gulf beaches, crystal clear rivers, deep sea fishing, zip lining, kayaking, paddle boarding, boating, Sea world and Busch Gardens just a short drive away.

Our place is suitable for well behaved supervised children. Also keep in mind that Florida is a tropical environment. Pest control is done weekly however you might occasionally see a bug, scorpion, lizard, gopher or other rodent. The best way to avoid this is to keep the doors closed.

The bedroom breakdown is as follows. The main master suite has a king size bed and two queen size air mattresses in the closet that can be used anywhere in the house. The second master suite has a king size bed and a queen size pull down sofa, the mermaid room has a full size futon as well as a twin over full bunk bed and a double futon in the closet. The seahorse room has a trundle bed with two single mattresses as well as a twin over full bunk bed. There are also two large sectional sofas that can sleep a minimum of two additional people. Pak n play, high chair, booster seat, bomboo, blankets and towels for babies are in our home! We can accommodate groups of 20.

ATTENTION If you are having a social gathering all of the guest must be included in your booking for the day of your event. Please do not book for six people and expect to host a party of 20.

Reservations longer then 2 weeks will require a cleaning every 10 days provided by a member of our cleaning staff. 
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Absolutely ruined our vacation we had planned for over 2 months. This house does NOT sleep 20 unless you have 8-10 people on the floor. Number and size of beds is NOT correct. Extremely disappointed in this host and the fact they just brushed it off as if it was our fault...They they falsely reported that the cancellation was due to my age not being of age...which is 100% FALSE....I am 43 yrs old and that is not the case. I suggest renters stay away from this place as I couldnt image what else they lied about in their listing. RENTER BEWARE

The house is amazing and the property’s pictures on the website are exactly what you see when you open the front door. We lost count of how many electric recliners ( that declined into beds) there were. The pool and heated spa were amazing, and looked even better after dark with the colored pool lights changing colors.Sandra, the owner, was amazing. The few questions that we had were answered almost immediately!The only, somewhat, negative aspect is that the home is relatively dark. In some rooms, even with all the lights on, it was still difficult to see all parts of the room.We enjoyed our stay so much that my wife and I asked if we could stay one more day (without the rest of the family) for just “us time”. Unfortunately, there were new people arriving the next day and, surprisingly, that was a Thursday.We’d like to thank Sandra again for a wonderful house and a wonderful, and memorable, stay!!!

We had a great stay in Florida. My friends and I were on a golf trip and the house provided the room and convenience we needed. The house is large, well provisioned (other than soap and shampoo in bathrooms) and located within 10-15 of shops and restaurants.

The host for this property is absolutely fabulous! Very communicative and responsive. The house is very well equipped. Very nice pool, full kitchen, very nice living room areas, great amaenities. Mid move from Boston back to Florida with 2 kids, pets, my parents and dates kept getting changed for closing, movers etc. This house was perfect for everyone to feel somewhat normal while I figured it out. Wow! Relaxation plus. Beautiful bungalow, well decorated and includes everything you need. Heated pool and hot tub. Privacy with forest all around you, the birds, turtles and the giant fox squirrels fun to watch and feed. 1 hour north of Tampa airport. Grocery, restaurants , shopping, golf and beaches close by. Mermaid show a must, along with paddle boarding and kayaking. Great hosts Sandy always available to answer questions and a super host. The most relaxing place ever and we have visited Florida for years everyone in family agree and hope we can return at some point as will have great memories for life. Thanks

This house was even more amazing then we expected ! Private quiet backyard area, amazing heated pool/spa. House has so much space for adults and children. Even our small dog loved watching us splash in the pool from the large windows inside ! Wonderful communication with Host Sandy ! We already cant wait to come back again !

We are an easy-going and fun loving couple. Originally from Wisconsin we discovered this little slice of heaven while working in the area. We have always loved hosting our friends and family. They were always recommending that we share our home with vacationers. We decided to do it and have thoroughly enjoyed meeting so many new friends from so many walks of life. It has been a wonderful experience thus far and we hope to continue to do it for many years to come!

Why they chose this property

This home is centrally located with the best of both worlds! So close to everything yet secluded. We are about 15 miles from the beautiful gulf beaches, 10 minutes from Crystal clear rivers. A Short drive away and were at Disney World! We love the privacy it affords us. We have had a large family reunions singing, dancing and swimming into the night without disturbing our neighbors. We have also spent an entire week completely alone with no one to bother us. Perfect for Honeymooners and partygoers alike!

What makes this property unique

Our favorite thing to do at home is lounge by the pool and listen to the waterfall while watching the birds and turtles. There are so many different types of birds that are native to this area. We also love the walls of sliders to the pool. It makes us feel like were outdoors even when were inside. We also provide games and books for adults and children alike.
