Hermosa casa en un lote enorme! 6 habitaciones, 3 1/2 baños, con mucho espacio para niños adicionales, parientes o grupos más grandes. ¡Magníficas vistas! Granito en todas partes! Electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, gabinetes a medida, gran sótano terminado a nivel de jardín con mucho espacio para relajarse. Totalmente casa amueblada, comedor formal, máquina de ejercicios, lavandería, sillón de masaje de gravedad cero, bañera de hidromasaje en el patio trasero, y eso es sólo aquí en esta casa. A una hora de esquí, 45 min. de Estes Park y Rocky Mountain National Park, a menos de 1 hora de Denver o Fort Collins. Boulder es de 20 minutos. ¡Mucho que hacer y un gran lugar para volver al final de tu día!

Outstanding choice for a family holiday!

This is the perfect house for a family gathering, and we hope to return in the future. The owner’s communication is stellar, and the accommodations are wonderful. The only minor suggestion is to update the online photos.

Great large space for groups

We had a great time. The home was accommodating for all of our needs. The only issue was the security cameras inside the home that i was not aware of beforehand…. Other than that, great home for trips to Longmont.

Nice house in nice neighborhood

Host was quick to respond to questions. House needs some routine maintenance and more light bulbs added to empty sockets. But house is large and comfortable and easy to get to.

Great house. 6 adults with plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood!

Great location. It was about 50 minutes from Estes Park where we spent most of our time. It very was clean. Check-in and Out was so easy, we thought we were missing something.. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect stay for a large group!

This HOUSE! Gorgeous inside and out. Private hot tub, perfect kitchen for congregating. Plenty of space to spread out and find some rest.

Perfect house for us, enough room that we each had our private space, and also large open common areas for our large group to get together. Matt was an excellent host, immediately responding to our texted questions and brought dishwasher soap when we ran out. Thanks Matt!

Property is not clean and cameras need to come down!!!

The house was very dirty. Mattresses and pillows are stained! Fridge was filthy. Cameras might be for security but they need to be removed when people are staying in the house!

Great time!

Very nice and clean property. It was a great fit for our family ranging from 2 years old to 68. Very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and fun things to occupy our time with. We were a little put off by all the personally photos and items throughout the house and the kitchen was full of old/half used food leaving little room for us to store our items. That bring said it was stocked With many essential items and we were free to use. Overall, a good experience.

Amazing Spacious House

House was great for our small group visiting a friend. Communication was always quick. House was very spacious. Massage chair and hot tub were a hit. Will definitely see if it is available next time we come to Longmont.

Nice place, cameras are a little creepy

The house was clean, spacious, served what we needed. Pictures of family and religious posters dominating the space were a little awkward vibes. There was also no mention of cameras in the listing and there were cameras on every floor which we found disturbing.

Winter Stay in Longmont

The property was very convenient and nice for our stay in Longmont. OUr son was getting married in a venue in the old historic part of town so, This location was perfect for that event. The size of the house with 5-6 bedrooms was also perfect. All in all it was a 4 out of 5 stars. Thanks Matt. Go Cornhuskers.

Great location, but not very clean.

The owner, Matt, was very nice and helpful with where to go around town. The house is spacious and with eight adults we didn't feel over crowded. The deck was nice and very peaceful. The location was great and just a short distance from many places we wanted to visit. Unfortunately, the house was not very clean. This is a home where people live as opposed to a rental property. The day we arrived the dishwasher was full of dishes and it was unknown if they were clean or dirty. So we had to run and unload the dishwasher the first night of being there. The carpeting and some of the furniture are very stained. The bedding appeared to be the same that the home owner and family use. Some were stained and most were pretty worn or ratty. All of the bathrooms had used soap and razors left in them (some with hair everywhere). We had to clean the showers before we felt comfortable using them. We tried to enjoy the hot tub, but the water was slimy and overall didn't look/smell that clean. There were instructions on how to shock the hot tub, but by that point we were over it. All of this is very disappointing considering we pay for a cleaning fee and the home wasn't clean for us to use to begin with. There are also several interior cameras which was very uncomfortable and made us feel as though we were being watched/monitored. Again, Matt was very nice and this could be a great home for rental with some cleaning/TLC and seperate bedding/towels for guest use.

My family had a great time in the house. We were in town for a wedding and the house had everything we needed!! The deck was great!! So much room for everyone!! Location was great and close to everything.

Peaceful and easy place to stay

We were in the area for a family wedding, so it was great to have a house big enough for a large group of relatives to all stay together, and especially spacious enough public spaces to hold us easily (and plenty of parking) - it was a good location for hanging out after events, for cooking breakfast together, for getting ready for the wedding (3.5 bathrooms). The neighborhood is really quiet, which we appreciated; shops are within driving distance (2-3 miles). We especially enjoyed finding the nearby Greenway and walking/jogging/biking on it during our stay. The one downside is that since we were all adults, several of us ended up sleeping on the twin beds and bunk beds, which are clearly meant for children. The mattresses really weren't designed for an adult body and those of us using them didn't sleep well. It actually looked like it would be almost more fun for a family, because of the kid hangout space in the basement and the electronic arcade game (OK, some of us played it too..!). The communications from the owner were timely and clear. Overall we were quite happy with our decision.

Longmont Vacation Rental

Our family of six spent five days at the Longmont Vacation Rental home. The location is very convenient for going to Denver, Boulder, Estes Park, and Broomfield. The property is about five years old and is luxurious. The owner was very responsive to a couple of requests we had.. We definitely recommend staying at this property.

Great place to stay for a wedding

Lots of room to house a big wedding party. Home is well stocked with ping pong table and game tables, toys for littles, trampoline and hot tub. Great location near WalMart and park. Easy access to I-25. The owner lives in the home and rents out part time so don’t be alarmed by all the family pics and cameras.
