Esta es una hermosa casa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con vista al mar por un lado y vista a la montaña por el otro. Estudio como plano de planta con dos baños, lavandería y el piso superior es un patio con palapa y bar. Mármol y granito a lo largo de la casa, un montón de aparcamiento dentro de una puerta, así como aparcamiento en la calle. A solo cinco minutos a pie del transporte público, muchos restaurantes a solo 10 minutos a pie para disfrutar de una variedad de cocina mexicana. Una vista de la marina de clase mundial. Venga a disfrutar del paraíso mexicano mientras toma un café y observa ballenas desde la comodidad de su hogar.

Unfortunately, due to a medical emergency we only were able to stay in the rental for one night out of our planned five nights. But what we observed in that time was amazing. A nice selection of fruit left on the counter for us to enjoy, beautiful grounds and a spotless home. The downstairs outdoor shower is such a unique experience. This is not a place for anyone with mobility issues, it is located in a very quiet neighborhood at the top of a very steep hill. An easy climb for us, but others may have difficulty with it. The view is absolutely amazing from the top floor, we just could not stop looking at the beauty of everything below. The owners were incredibly good to deal with. We will definitely return to this property and would recommend others to stay here.

Amazing house

My wife and I loved this vibe, privacy and location of this house. The house was clean and smelled great. A/C worked great. We also loved being in La Cruz with less tourists. Great food spots and a 30 min drive from PV and Sayulita

Amazing Place, Wonderful Hosts

This property was even nicer than described!! The lawns, gardens and structures were amazing. The communication with the hosts throughout our stay was top notch and easy. House manager was always available and responded immediately to any needs. I will definitely return to this paradise!

Great view from this hilltop retreat

Kitchen is equipped,) if you want to do your own cooking. Local restaurants in La Cruz are very good but check to be sure they are open ln the off season

Wonderful stay in Mexico

We have been coming to Mexico for over 20 years and this was by far, the most beautiful home we have stayed in . Everything you could won't to make your stay comfortable . Great views, great neighbors , short walk to town, whale watching from our balcony , and Monica, the property manager, was the best. Slice of heaven

This is such a lovely home. Everything you need to feel comfortable, very clean. The views from the top palapa are gorgeous. The whole property is just beautiful. Added bonus: there’s laundry! Nice to be able to go home with clean clothes. La Cruz itself is such a sweet little town. The folks are very kind. Playa manzanilla is an awesome beach to spend some time at.

Great retreat in La Cruz

The property was just as it is online. Communicating with the host was easy. I felt safe with my car behind the fence. It got a little too hot to use the outdoor spaces for me but having coffee on the hammock each morning was great. I would rent this again!

Beautiful location, beautiful home

We had a great stay. We only stayed one night. Wish we stayed longer. The home was tastefully decorated and very inviting. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms/showers were big and beautiful. The outdoor shower was really cool. I would definitely rent this again. The grounds were gorgeous and very relaxing... loved the spiral staircase and the views were magnificent. Ada was awesome to work with. Rent this home, you won't regret it!!!

Beautiful views and great location

Living in a neighborhood on the hill above town and not in "condo land" was just lovely, and the views are truly spectacular. We saw whales with our binoculars and could walk everywhere in 20 min or less, and we didn't mind the steep walk up the hill at all (working off tacos!). What keeps us from giving 5 stars is that the house, furnishings, linens, etc. could use some updating or fixing, and a good deep cleaning (sinks, toilets, kitchen were clean and sanitary). These things didn't keep us from enjoying the views, location, and beautiful plantings and gardens which are the 5-star attractions. We highly recommend staying here!

Worked perfectly for us!

The property is as described and depicted in the photos. Very nice! We didn't realize La Cruz was quite as far from Puerto Vallarta as it is, but that turned out to be a good thing as we rented a car and did day trips north to Islas Marietas, Sayulita, and San Francisco, east to San Sebastian, as well as several days spent in the Old Town and south to Boca de Tomatlan. There are beautiful beaches all up the coast! We'd come back to La Cruz for dinner, given there are at least ten good restaurants, and spend the evenings enjoying the house! The Sunday market down by the marina is primo! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

A wonderful place to be!

Such a beautiful home! Such beautiful views! We were absolutely spoiled with the gigantic walk in shower! LOL! The hill up to the house is a bit of a challenge as we would walk down every day to go into La Cruz or to the beach etc. However it only helped to burn off the calories from all the great food we enjoyed! No problem getting anywhere as there are buses, taxis, or uber always available. Great communication with our hosts and ready to answer any questions. Thank you Ada and Aaron for sharing your home with us! We will definitely come back again!! John and Gwen

Beautiful villa with amazing views

This villa was everything the pictures showed it to be. It was wonderful to wake up to an amazing ocean view and sunrise and then sit and enjoy coffee on the balcony. The evening view was just as great with the lights shining over the water. The villa was clean and well maintained and was stocked with all the essentials including drinking water. Both showers were huge with lots of storage for toiletries. Stores and restaurants were just a short distance away. The hill was a bit of a steep walk, but we just took it slowly and then treated ourselves to a drink when we got in ! My husband and I loved the villa and La Cruz. We stayed two weeks.The kitchen needs a thorough cleaning. All appliances - small and large need upgraded along with pots and pans.Three levels to the house. Main floor is the second floor and the stairway is narrow and very steep.We had luggage and had a very difficult time getting our luggage up to the main floor.Cleaning service was once a week and did not do a very good job. Due to the location of the house, balconies needed to be cleaned thoroughly and they were not.Also be aware that enough toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap was enough for one week.We had a car so we could go to the store.Hot water heater was not big enough for either warm shower and or washing the dishes.We had to put a pot on the stove to get enough hot water for a thorough cleaning of the dishes.Gardener does a good job. Comes twice a week.The best part of our stay was seclusion and view!! If you want to be left alone, this is the place.A lot of birds and iguanas for viewing.I am being honest and not saying we had a bed experience. We had a good stay, just stating what can be done to make it better for future guests.Thank You

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! We love that you noticed and loved the garden, we take a lot of pride in it. Also that you enjoyed your stay and the spectacular views. We take our reviews seriously so we actually purchased and upgraded most appliances small and large, some installed already and some beings delivered this week. We've also implemented a more strict checklist for the cleaning crew for cleaning and putting out extra paper and etc. The house is now equipped with a new on-demand water heater so not to run out of hot water. 😊 We are always open to improving and maintaining our five-star reviews

The host responded promptly when we had questions about the area and amenities. The property location was awesome for both the view and being within walking distance to restaurants and the town center of La Cruz. All that was missing to make the experience complete would be a small BBQ for when we wanted to cook and relax in the beautiful yard area

Enjoyed stay & location was beautiful. Address of house is confusing. Walking down & into town is easy but coming back up is very steep, especially when hot outside. People are friendly & laid back.

Hello, my husband and I met 19 years ago scuba diving in Puerto Vallarta. I was raised in the area and now live in Washington state. We would come visit my family every winter and always dreamed of owning a home in La Cruz so in 2001 that dream came true, we bought property and began building a house with a lot of love and pride. In February 2018 we decided to share our home with you and hope you have memorable experiences there like we do.
