Welcome to our beautifully furnished 1300 square-foot 3 bedroom 2 story townhouse, extremely convenient, yet private neighborhood on James Island. We just fully furnished our second home with all new appliances, furniture, tv's, everything! We also added our personal photographic art all around the home, feels like an art gallery. This is a newly renovated townhome, brand new to VRBO so furnished with only the best brand new furniture and appliances. All brand new beds, mattresses, bedding etc. 55inch flatscreen TV equipped with Netflix, Amazon, Pandora, etc and tvs in both queen rooms. Third bedroom has twin bed. Includes fully stocked gourmet kitchen, w/ stainless steel appliances. Central HVAC. WiFi, towels, linens, beach towels.

Just a three minute drive to downtown Charleston by the Medical University of South Carolina! Right off the James Island connector. 15 minute drive to Folly Beach. Walking distance to the Publix shopping center which includes a bagel shop, a pizza place, sushi, and Mexican restaurants and a variety of amenities.

Don’t have a car? No problem! A $7 Uber to just about anywhere in downtown Charleston! A $12 Uber ride will take you to Folly Beach.

Charleston comfort

This was a great fit for my husband and I, our 2 adult daughters and one boyfriend. The home is a duplex, shares a driveway with the other side - no issues there. Immaculately clean, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious. Kitchen is well stocked - everything is new - including the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler we took to Folly beach. There are also 6 beach towels.since we were exploring all day we really didn’t spend a lot of time there, but it’s quiet- close to grocery store- about 20 minutes from Folly beach ( at the right time) and 15 minutes or less - again- depending on traffic - from downtown Charleston. Beds are very comfortable, towels are nice, good blow dryer, etc. i would definitely stay again and would recommend. Thank you for everything!

Great location!

The townhouse was very clean upon arrival and everything we needed was provided. The location was perfect since it was very close to downtown and about 20 minutes from Folly Beach. We were able to spend the mornings walking around Charleston and the afternoons on the beach. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Visiting new Grandson and Charleston

My two sisters, my wife and myself had a great time in Charleston and loved the townhouse. The unit was exceptionally clean and furnished completely for our needs. We were just minutes from our son and daughter-in-law and new grandson in the cross town area. Highly recommend anyone to check out your unit if staying in the Charleston area.

What makes this property unique

Besides being beautifully furnished and turnkey, the location of this home is one of the most convenient areas in Charleston. Its a quiet little neighborhood right next to the Charleston Country Club, walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. It's just a 3 minute drive over the James Island Connector with no intersections to Downtown Charleston and 15 minutes to Folly Beach! It actually takes less time to get downtown than it takes to drive from Market Street to King Street.
