The property is located 10 minutes from the beach. there is a tanger outlet behind the complex., broadway on the beach minutes away. golfing just behind the complex. restaurants and pubs, stores minutes away.
Airport is 8 mins. away. two fishing piers one at north beach and the other in myrtle beach. miles of sandy beaches. plenty of night life when the sun goes down, mins. away. the complex also has a pool for adult and children. Also secluded beaches minutes away. Plenty for a family to see and do and make summer memories. Please be aware that HOA at my location charges $100.00 for a card reader to enter pool. There will be a reader at the condo in the kitchen area, but please remember to return the reader, so your not billed $100.00 after your stay. This is new HOA management. thank you

Fabulous!

We arrived pretty late due to the Weather, but it wasn’t an issue. Felt just like home. Don’t want to leave at all. Everything was so convenient! I will DEFINITELY be back!

River Oaks

Left after one night. Condo complex is not very well-maintained by the HOA management. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.

Guess the Dunsmuir were not happy with there refund. The only ones that have complaint after more then 15 travelers.

We were here for 5 weeks and although not at the beach, the location was excellent, close to or a short drive from everything. The property was in great shape, no problems at all. Loved it.

Winter Golf Trip

For the price, this is the best deal in Myrtle Beach. The condo is clean, up-to-date and well-located. Only complaint, the mattresses in the second bedroom are not the most comfortable. Excellent value!

Best birthday

Me and my mom stayed for 5 days for my birthday and it was so relaxing the location is perfect and a short drive to multiple places. When you walk in it feels like your at the beach and the pictures are all correct. He even had board games and puzzles to do when you are there. We will definitely be back again !

Convenience is key.

This location is close to everywhere we needed to be. We were in town for a basketball tournament played at multiple venues. We were no further than 15 minutes from any of the gyms and 5 minutes from groceries and shopping. The condo was well equipped for our needs and very clean. The owner provided us with several packets loaded with coupons for local eateries, entertainment and attractions. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a great location, everything was close by. Our condo was well equipped, clean and nicely decorated. Would not hesitate to come back. Owner was easy to work with, instructions were clear and concise. Would definitely recommend this to others.

Golf Week

Had an excellent time here, very nice place with good security. Great location for golf and lots of entertainment near by. I would highly recommend this place, don't have anything bad to say about it. It was a pleasure dealing with every one. I'll be back for another golf trip for sure. Thanks!

EnJoyed Our Stay Despite A Few Issues

We EnJoyed our stay as well as the price for the time that we stayed despite issues with the Wi-Fi, which we tried to contact Mr. Monge about but did not get a reply. Perhaps he was out of town for the holidays. It was close to the beach, restaurants, shopping centers, parks, grocery stores, and attractions. If you like to play golf, then this is the place for you. The chair with the ottoman is stained wholly and needs to be replaced. The bottoms of the guest bathroom shower doors were off line and needs to be fixed. The light where the washer and dryer is needs to a new bulb along with the living room lamp closest to the kitchen. The shower liner in the master bathroom was very dirty. Other than that, the deal that we got for the three nights that we stayed could not be beat, so we looked past the aforementioned issues and had our fun.

I really enjoyed my stay, Ralph was amazing, with entertainment ideas, and checking on me and my daughters during our stay considering it was our first time. I would most definitely come back and utilize this property. Very close to attractions.

Pleasant. Home away from home.

Very nice, comfortable place. Like home away from home. Clean and easy access to locations that we wanted to visit. Nice neighborhood. The place was nice and clean

The place was nice and clean. It’s a great find, location and price is👌! We arrived at Myrtle beach earlier than expected, so I messaged the owner if we can check- in before 4pm. He asked me to contact the care taker and to my surprise we were able to checked in by 12pm! Thank you so much Mr Monge and Mr Amar. Would definitely recommend this place.

Enjoyed our time here!

From the moment I booked this condo for my family and Mr. Monge has been nothing but kind. He stayed on top of things as far as making sure that if I had any concerns he could take care of them right away...(there were no major concerns) his wife even left brochures for us to figure out what we wanted to do. The condo was beautiful and very clean and we were literally near everything. I especially loved the details that were laid out for us...being at this home was very welcoming. My family can't wait to go back..... I honestly wish I would have booked a whole week...(the next time we will be) lol we truly enjoyed every minute we spent there together. So Thank you Mr. Monge for making our families first trip of the summer a home away from home experience!

Well in my travels Myrtle beach came to mind, while I'am a avid fisherman I figure this would be a great place for me to retire at and spend time fishing and walking the beach with my wife.
