About the host
Hosted by Harold and Joyce Bernard
We’re the Bernards, the owners of Fox’s Den. We purchased the cabin because our daughter lives in Gatlinburg, and we wanted a place close to her family that we could also share as a rental. We’re retired and reside in southwest Virginia. Our daughter, Cyndi, will be handling most of the communication. She’s happy to answer any questions and would love to share recommendations for her family’s favorite restaurants, activities, and hiking trails.
Why they chose this property
Location truly sets this home apart! Nestled in the heart of the Arts and Crafts Community, it’s still just a convenient drive to Gatlinburg. Best of all, there are no steep hills or winding roads to navigate to reach the property. The cabin is exceptionally comfortable and feels more like a home than a typical rental.
What makes this property unique
What first drew us to Fox’s Den was, once again, the fantastic location. We love relaxing on the covered deck and taking in the mountain air, as well as walking through the neighborhood and strolling over to the nearby craft shops and cafés.
