Fox's Den is your home away from home in Gatlinburg. It's a beautiful cabin where you will feel right at home. You’ll love the cabin's location nestled in the woods on a quiet dead-end street perfect for families, or couples looking for a private retreat.
New appliances, living room furniture and new hot tub! Please: NO PETS, NO SMOKING OR VAPING.

Fox's Den is in an ideal location in the middle of the historic Arts and Crafts Community! You don't even need your car to enjoy a short stroll to several craft shops, a wonderful cafe, and a trolley stop. A short 8 minute drive will put you right in the heart of Gatlinburg. Rocky Top Sports World is 3 minutes away, and the fun of Dollywood is just 15 minutes! The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is just minutes away so bring your hiking shoes or a fishing pole!

Your home away from home features a well-stocked kitchen, new appliances and everything you need for cooking, as well as a dining table that seats 6 comfortably. For extended stays, there's a washer/dryer and iron and ironing board. If you're bringing the kids along...a high chair and pack and play make traveling easier.

The living area offers two new comfy sofas (one is a sleeper sofa), and of course a large TV, free wi-fi and a cozy gas fireplace. Just off the living area is a private bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom. The 2nd loft bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed with another full bath.

Enjoy the quiet mountain air on the covered deck, or take a relaxing dip in the hot tub. An outdoor picnic table and gas grill make grilling out a breeze.

The cabin overall was very nice and clean and decorated beautifully!! However the online description was a little misleading. It is not a good choice for the elderly or anyone who has trouble walking. The steps into the cabin are very steep and bad for anyone like me. I am 78 and have bad knees. The big steps .only way in!

A really nice place…
This was our second stay at Fox Den and again we were very pleased with the property. In a quiet area but not difficult to reach from the main road, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. I will be coming back!

Very clean and peaceful
We had a wonderful stay. It near the end of the road and there was no traffic to be heard. The cabin was extremely clean and very well stocked with cooking supplies and had nice appliances. We will definitely consider it again in the future

Beautiful home and the host provides extra special touches. Bathroom black face wash cloth, small packaged scented soap, hand soap, hair dryer, and lots of clean white towels. Home was spotless. Master BR was like a cave- nice and dark for an excellent night of sleep. Cute basket of “tot tub” towels. Did not cook while there but all kitchen drawers were neat- clean pot holders and a nice selection of cooking utensils. Provided everything one would need to do laundry. Provided lots of trash bags. Th location could not be better- easy access to shops and food (we grabbed pizza the first night). Hot tub was perfect and relaxing. Highly recommend and would stay at the Fox Den again.

We had such a great time in Gatlinburg. There is SO much to do. The property was nestled in the woods, very secluded for the most part. There was construction on the house next door which made for some noise. The bear sightings were super neat! They were right outside the house in the woods almost every morning when we were drinking coffee. The beds were comfortable (huge thing for us). Everywhere we have stayed the beds were very uncomfortable. So that was a plus. Everything is pretty much provided for you in the cabin and the property owner was very easy to get a hold of when we needed her! My only complaint was the smell. The house was very musty. Nothing a candle didn't fix though :) Overall, I would certainly stay here again!

Overall, really enjoyed our stay! Place was perfect for our family of 4. Enjoyed the hot tub at the end of a long hiking day. Would definitely stay here again if ever in Gatlinburg.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean, well stocked with comfy beds. It was quiet and we enjoyed just sitting on the porch listening to nature. The drive to the cabin was easy to get to, no scary roads and close to shopping.

Property was just as beautiful as it looked in the photos. The host was easy to reach by email and very helpful! Everything was amazing. My only complaint was there were no curtains on the front glass door to add to the privacy as there was construction going on right across the way and workers were there everyday of our visit but one. Not a huge deal but I think the addition of blinds or curtains on that glass front door would be helpful. Would definitely book this cabin again!

Really great! Only about 4-5 miles from the strip. Very clean. Couldn't get fireplace to work but no big deal. Would definitely stay there again!

Lots of steps but other than that the place is great! Plenty of room for two families. Everything you need to cook if you want to. Large bedrooms also. Hotub was great! Had a little problem finding the cabin the first night but called owner they got us there with no problem, they were great! About the steps?! We are in our seventies so they did give us a little problem but if you’re knees are good the cabin is a great place for you and your family!

We, the Bernards, recently purchased Fox's Den because our daughter now lives in Gatlinburg, and we wanted a place near her family that we could rent out as well. We are retired and live in southwest Virginia. Our daughter, Cyndi, will be handling most of the communication. She is happy to answer any questions you have, and would love to recommend her family's favorite restaurants, things to do and hiking trails!

Why they chose this property

Location! This home is in the middle of the Arts and Crafts Community, but convenient to Gatlinburg. The cabin is very comfortable and feels more like a home than a rental cabin.

What makes this property unique

Again, the location attracted us to Fox's Den. We love sitting on the covered deck enjoying the mountain air, or walking around the neighborhood and strolling down to the nearby craft shops and cafes.
