Fantastic place with awesome amenities: hot tub, game room, and mini golf made it a great getaway. Everything was clean and well kept. Only minor personal preference was the master mattress being quite firm for us, but overall a wonderful stay.

Decent for the cost. Zero contact from host. No welcome or thank you. We notified them of maintenance issues that weren't urgent but one pretty major. No response. The master bed was awesome comfortable, the reclining couches also. Be aware that it does not sleep 7 any longer as there is no sofa sleeper. There is also no dishwasher despite having pods on the counter & instructions to "fill it" at checkout. There is no hanging clothes place in the master as that closet is used by owners without a replacement rack. Overall good stay for our family but not quite "excellent".

We really enjoyed the Putt N Stay. The place was well decorated and had plenty of amenities. We did have trouble (due to heat and swelling potentially) getting the door (front) open and shut at the start of our stay, but the host was super responsive and answered quickly. They promptly resolved the issue by having someone out to fix the door. The property was right in the art district, walking distance of coffee shop, restaurants nearby and close to Gatlinburg. Would recommend!

We will definitely come back to this property if it is available. Very nice place. The only thing I have a complaint about is the Master Bedroom bed was not comfortable. Other than that, it was perfect.

We loved our stay in Gatlinburg, it was just far enough away from the downtown chaos. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings! The game room was a surprise since it wasn’t on the original listing, which we also had fun with. Would recommend for a couple or small family

One-Year Anniversary Paradise

My husband and I went to Gatlinburg for our one-year anniversary and absolutely LOVED our little house we stayed at! It was very clean and better than we had hoped for! Highly recommend this for your next gatlinburg trip. And very spacious for a couple of couples or a family with several children.

Nice stay with a few issues

The property was very nice with great decor and in a good area that was easily accessible and had several places within walking distance. We had no problems with the main house being clean but the game room looked like nobody had even bothered to check it. The chairs were knocked over and there was a sweatshirt left in there. Also the fridge ice and water machine does not work but the main issue was the hot tub. It didn’t work at all. Luckily it’s the summer and it has been hot other wise the water would not have been warm. None of the controls worked so we could not turn the heat up nor turn the jets or lights on. The property itself was beautiful, but some things definitely need to be fixed to make it the perfect stay.

If I could give zero stars I would. Property was very dirty. Cob webs and dust everywhere. Given my experience with some properties and the hot tub function, not working or not turned on in the past rentals, I reached out to the host days before the trip asking about the hot tub. I was assured that it was all set! When we arrived, The hot tub wasn’t working and only 89 degrees. I contacted the host for assistance, she said someone would come out at 8 am the next morning. I asked if someone could come out now because the hot tub wasn’t working and the fridge had water leaking all over the floor. She sent someone who didn’t speak English and didn’t fix anything. It wasn’t until the next day when some other gentleman came out to fix the busted up fence in the front yard, when we asked him to help us out. He fixed both the hot tub and ice maker in less than 30 mins. To top everything off, my son left his wallet on the living room table. We know for a fact it was there. We contacted the host and she said she would ask the housekeeper, she said the housekeeper didn’t say anything about a wallet. That wasn’t my question. I didn’t hear back for days and even waited to do a review out of respect. I asked again about my sons wallet and if she touched base with the housekeeper and the reply was “no one’s seen a wallet.” Well I’m pretty sure she just took it. I hate to accuse anyone of stealing but given our experience and the lack of concern was disheartening. Don’t recommend.

Beautiful house with poor communication from host

The house is a beautiful property on the outside and the inside. It is nicely decorated and is newly renovated. There was ample space and the kitchen was sufficient for cooking. The property was in a nice arts and crafts community and about a 10-minute drive from some hikes.The problems we had were with the communication from the host. While hosts did respond to all of our questions, they did not make us feel very welcome or provide welcome information about the house. Right from the beginning, they did not send us the door code until I asked for it, and I did not receive it until 5:30 p.m. when check-in was at 4:00. Then, when we arrived, The hot tub was at 68. A hot tub is supposed to be at 100. It took 48 hours for it to reach 90 and we could not use it the entire duration of the stay. When I reached out to the host they were unwilling to give a partial refund. It is important to note that the hot tub is not immediately out the door and you have to walk around to the back. Additionally, the game room is not attached to the house. Also one of the arcade games was broken. This property is better for a summer stay when it is warmer to go outside. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy stay as much as we could have. The host also only provided four rolls of toilet paper even though the house is advertised for seven people and they only provided two garbage bags and did not provide any soap or shampoo. It is important to note this so that you can pick up these items before
