Beautifully renovated, mid century modern beach house steps from the ocean with best ocean and Neakhanie mountain views in Manzanita.

Designed to bring a family together as well as provide private spaces. Main floor: great room with cathedral ceilings, wood burning fireplace with open, new kitchen and half bath; master suite with king bed and heated floors in the master bath. Downstairs: 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, bedroom with 2 full size beds & 1 single bed (bunk bed with single trundle bed that pulls out) and hall bath with floor heat; bedrooms all with beach & ocean views. Outdoor hot & cold hose bib which can be used as a shower, fire pit, lawn, patios and deck.

Excellent location. Beach views and beach access were outstanding. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Living space had outstanding views. Would recommend to anyone.

The house was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as advertised. The views were awesome. We crabbed, golfed, went on the beach, and hiked the cliffs, all just minutes away. We used the fireplace, the fire pit, cooked feasts, and played games, all with the ocean just a stone's throw away.

We had the best time! Perfect location with beach access directly across the street. Large beautiful windows in every room. We were a combined family of 10 and had plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfy but the pillows could use some updating. The kitchen is large and fully stocked except for basics like plastic wrap for leftovers and garlic powder, but there are a few spices. We loved the property and will go back.

Great stay!

We were pleasantly surprised. Most beach houses are older and seem a little “worn.” This property has a wonderful view, great beach access, and nice modern upgrades. Very clean upon arrival. Comfortable, stylish furniture. We’ll be back.

Good access to beach

The windows in the great room of this house look directly onto the beach and the point of land immediately north. Getting to the beach was easy; just walk across the road. We enjoyed long walks on the beach.

Getaway to the Oregon Coast

This property is amazing - the location and views are excellent and most everything about the property was perfect. The kitchen / living room had most of what anyone could need for a stay with cooking. The fire pit and adirondack chairs are also great and comfortable - very inviting. 2 items that could be improved are:- communication during the stay could be improved- it’s unclear if we should have communicated via Vrbo or directly and so an inquiry regarding a propane tank when I answered for a period of time.- second area of concern is the fourth bedroom with the double bunk. That room is very outdated and the carpet quite an eyesore with spots and stains it appears.

Beautiful property

Beautiful house with a stunning view. Well appointed, clean, great location. Would note that the elevation changes/stairs in the property were challenging for the senior citizen in our party. On the main floor, there is a short step down from the main level to a hallway to access the bathroom and the stairs to the basement. There are grab bars available, so the steps are safe, but were nevertheless unexpected and as a result, there were some stumbles. We had a great time cooking, enjoying the beach, and relaxing on the sectional watching the waves. Such a great trip.

Perfect Location

I stayed at this property with a few friends and family members to celebrate my sister’s birthday. It was easy to find and a perfect location! There was plenty of space in the house for all of us and two dogs. It fits 4 cars in the driveway and is the best spot to walk across the street to the beach. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and the weather was great! It’s close to town and it was easy to run to the store to get a few groceries we needed. We enjoyed making s’mores out by the fire pit and had a wonderful time. I will definitely try to book another stay here again sometime!

Manzanita Rules!

My wife and I brought our family from out of state to the Oregon Coast for Christmas and this house was perfect. The views are amazing and the people watching is even better at times. The view of Neahkahnie Mountain was fantastic and the hike is even better which we did on Christmas morning. You cannot beat the quick walk into Manzanita which was only 10-15 minutes. The house was very clean and the game selection was fantastic which made for a couple of great game nights. If you get eliminated from any games the best part was simply moving a few steps away from the kitchen and into the garage which was converted into a rec room with a ping pong table. We had a group of 6 adults and the four rooms was perfect. I would definitely stay here again. Manzanita is terrible so stay away from the town (just kidding as it's a hidden gem).

We thought this place was great and would go back again. Wonderful views, steps from the beach, well equipped with dishes and pots and pans and spices, comfortable beds. Manzanita is such a lovely little town -that grocery store is amazingly well packed with everything you need and friendly folks!Suggest have some more glasses and include wine glasses, Kleenex tissue and a spray counter cleaner.

An amazing location right across a quiet street from the beach. The home itself was great, well stocked and well maintained and very clean. Zero complaints, we loved our stay here and would happily return.
