Great location in the old city. Very handy walking to restaurants etc. Has a washing machine which was handy but you need to take them to the nearby laundry to dry them. Double glazing cut out all of the street noise.

Great location in old town

Stayed for 3 nights with my young adult children and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. The central location, view from balcony, air conditioning and 2 separate bathrooms with showers were perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Love the view!

My daughter and I stayed here and absolutely loved the balcony and people watching each day. The apartment was spacious and clean and Val was a super responsive host. One thing to note, as others have mentioned, with the incredible location comes some restrictions - as you have to walk a bit to get a taxi.

Perfect stay

Place and location couldn’t be better. For our family and our 11 nights stay, the apartment was excellent. Kitchen is big, has everything you need, two bathrooms, good size bed and very comfortable. Thank you Val. Val was very helpful every step of the way. From here is very easy to get acces to tram or bus. I sincerely recommend.

First time in Nice

My husband and I loved our time in Nice. The property was an excellent location for restaurants and day trips. We enjoyed taking the tram to the train station and walking around old town. The night life was a bit loud each evening when we were ready to turn in however we loved sitting on the balcony to drink wine and people watch before heading out to dinner. Now off to St Remy!

Location was amazing!! The apartment looks exactly as it does in pictures. One thing to callout is vehicles are not allowed to drive down to the square so you’ll have to carry luggage down a few blocks but if you get dropped off by the Librairie/Jean Jacques it’s an easy 2 block walk. The stairs at the building could be challenging to some with larger bags but overall amazing stay. Val was great and responded to any questions we had immediately.

First time to Nice

My daughter and I came to Nice for her senior spring break, it was our first time to Europe. We were very happy with the location of this apartment, close to everything. It was beautiful, exactly as shown in photos! It was a short walk to the tram and bus stations, and we walked the little streets of Old Town Nice every night. Close to the market, so many delicious restaurants and bars… we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Perfect location

Although the entry stairwell is a bit sketchy, the apartment above is well worth it. Sitting on the balcony in the evening and watching the activity in Rossetti place square was great. Washing machine has a 14 minute cycle, so you can do a quick wash in the morning and have it hanging before you go out to tour around. Bed was on the firm side, as was the couch for sleeping. Would stay here again though

Perfect vacation in Nice

Lovingly furnished apartment that leaves nothing to be desired. The location of the apartment is perfect in the middle of the city and close to the beach. We can highly recommend the apartment.

Great home and location! Wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed here for a short trip to Nice for the Jazz Festival! This location was convenient to maximize our time in Nice. Short walks or tram rides to all the experiences we wanted to take in. The home was Uber clean and we appreciated being able to do a load of laundry. Nice is a lovely and lively city!

Another amazing stay at Magic Cathedral

My husban and I have traveled to the south of France several times We found this great place last summer and just returned from another stay! The host is wonderful to work with. The apartment is safe, clean, close to the beach and a great base for a Nice trip! We will definitely return again!!
