Room with a view

Great location....literally round the corner from the flower market /square /old town streets with lovely places to eat . Lovely view of the cote d' azure. Well equipped . We had a lovely stay.

Location is everything

You can’t help but love this place when you can sit on your balcony and look straight out to the promenade and Mediterranean! Accommodations were as listed. Very much appreciated all the little extras stocked in the apartment for cooking & toiletries. We had very little communication from the host, but that was fine with us, we got in and out easily. Only thing that would’ve made it more perfect would be a fan or additional A/C for cool air in the bedroom. Super sweet place. Highly recommend.

Home away from home

I am a returning guest and I love the place. The location could NOT be better! The best private beach of Nice is just oppsite, all the restaurants and shops are close by. Connie who takes care of the check-in and out is lovely and takes excellent care of the apartments and guests. Wifi fast and reliable, air-co works very well, good bed and kitchen has all you need. I will return!

Great location, nice apartment.

In front you have a great sea/bay view with the promanade. Fantastic balcony overlooking it all with a table and chairs. In easy walking distance to the open market and old town. Rental bikes in front and back of the apartment, but other public transportation is longer walk away. Very able and helpful owner assistant, Connie. Sofa is worn out. Comfortable beds, less comfortable chairs. Would stay here again.

Great location

This little apartment was in a great location. Right across the street from the ocean and a block and a half way from the Old Town and Market which was wonderful. Access to lots of restaurants and the market was amazing with everything from fruits and vegetables to breads and in the evening artists would come with their work that was for sale. We enjoyed all of that. Had a incident with being invaded with flies, but work was being done downstairs and we think that was the cause. After we notified the manager she came over with a bug trap and by then we had taken care of most of the problem. The fort at the end of the block has a wonderful view all along the Cote d' Azur. All in all it was a very good stay, minus the flies.

Absolutely Perfect!

My husband and I and two teenage daughters stayed at the apartment for five nights and absolutely loved it! Connie met us upon arrival, as planned. She was very helpful with providing us with all of the information that we needed for our stay. The apartment was in a perfect location. The view from the balcony was beautiful and an ideal place for our morning coffee. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Nice.

The location was exactly right for us

We were just in town for a few days and staying in Vieux Ville was the way to go. You look the front window and see the Mediterranean. Great! Connie completely outfits the place-and that was a big help. I like how this is in the old section of town but not too close to all the activities. A very short walk to the beach. Great place

Loved the apartment

The apartment is clean bright & in a great location in Nice. Great communication & Connie was very helpful, we were thrilled with the welcoming wine & treats. Made full use of the lovely balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. Looking forward to returning!

We have had a great time in this lovely apartment. It has all the facilities you need-everything has been thought of. Very comfortable and clean,great shower. Literally less than a minute to the market place and Old Town. We can't wait to come back!

Property is just as described and very well placed for exploring the old town.

We loved the apartment which is very well equipped and conveniently placed for browsing the old town and also restaurants and the daily market. The caretaker, Connie, was very helpful and accommodating regarding arrival and departure times.

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Meget tæt på alt. Indkøb, seværdighedderog spisesteder.

Lejligheden var fuldstændig som der stod i annoncen. Der var rent og pænt alle vegne. Badeværelset rigtig godt. Godt køkkengrej med meget udstyr. God seng. En del larm fra gaden, men det må man finde dig i når udsigten skal være som den er. En markise eller parasol på altanen ville være meget godt pga. den stærke sol om dagen. Vi fik en fantastisk service fra udlejer før og under opholdet. Vi vil helt bestemt bo her igen når vi skal til Nice igen. Vil vil meget gerne anbefale lejligheden til familie og venner.

Fabulous location.

Just perfect we love it

Just perfect for us we go as a family, or a couple 3 minutes walk from the old town, markets, restaurants we have been going for 10 years and will be going for another 10 years. We hire mopeds, the blue bicycles are across the road, the roller skating shop is two doors down. As the apartment is on the main promenade it can be noisy but as a family it has never bothered us. Great home in a great location!

The home was very clean upon arrival and we were greeted with a fresh baguette and some local snacks. The bathroom is large and worked well for our family. It is in a prime location for going to the beach, old town, restaurants, and we were even lucky enough to see a World War II parade and never had to leave the terrace to watch it. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone. Thank you so much Maire for allowing us to stay!
