L'Unità G-24 è un condominio in stile spiaggia al secondo piano della Grand Tower con accesso privato alla spiaggia. Prendi un ascensore o le scale fino al livello del suolo, esci dall'edificio e sei a 40 passi dalla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianca. Questa bellissima spiaggia è costantemente classificata come una delle migliori negli Stati Uniti. Cammina o corri al mattino e goditi l'alba, rilassati, nuota e prendi un po 'di sole durante il giorno e goditi tramonti mozzafiato la sera.
L'unità ha due letti matrimoniali nella camera da letto per ospitare comodamente 4 persone. Se necessario divano letto nel soggiorno può essere utilizzato per qualcuno a dormire separatamente. L'altezza della vegetazione non consente una visione completamente possibile dall'unità verso la spiaggia, ma il prezzo favorevole compensa questo fatto. L'unità ha una cucina completamente attrezzata con tutti i comfort necessari per cucinare. Frigorifero, microonde, lavastoviglie e fornello elettrico sono nell'unità. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice sul pavimento appena fuori dall'unità nel ripostiglio.
Palm Bay Club è un resort sul golfo nella baia di Siesta Key Island e ha tutto il necessario per trascorrere una fantastica vacanza. Resort dispone di tutti i comfort: due piscine riscaldate e spa all'aperto con vista sulla baia. Due campi da tennis si trovano accanto alla piscina. Il lato baia del resort ha un molo per la pesca. Ci sono griglie della comunità situate in tutto il resort.

It was simply the perfect choice for our vacation!!!

We could not have been happier with this location and its proximity to the beach and the pools. It was also close to great restaurants by locals who proudly serve great food!!

Excellent location right on the beach! Quiet and relaxing. The property provides beach loungers and you can bring your own umbrella or rent one for the day or your stay. Our unit was on the 2nd floor and liked that there were 2 Queen Beds in the one bedroom. Furnishings were a little worn around the edges, but was comfortable and had all we needed for cooking and even a cooler for the beach,

Relaxing!

This place was in a great location! We loved the direct access to the beach. It is also just a few minutes down the road from the village where all the action and shopping is located. We would definitely stay here again.

Siesta Key

Came for a quick get away. The location was perfect. Beach is literally out the front door and the sunset beautiful! Beach is well maintained. Condo had everything we needed including towels for the beach, umbrella and cooler.

Came to celebrate daughter’s 21st bday, condo was great, the location was exceptional!! We loved the sand at the beach. Found the beach area always clean. The employees were very accommodating & friendly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone.

Worked Great

We only needed 3 days on Siesta Key which is hard to find. This condo happened to be available the exact dates we needed. No view of the beach but literally just steps to it. Was well equipped with everything you need to stay.

Great condo!

Check in was effortless, location is amazing, condo is clean and has everything you need. The owner is amazing! Had an issue with the AC unit and he immediately began procedures to get it fixed and make us comfortable until it was. Owner went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and that we want to return again! Which we will!

Location, Owner Response, Comfort

Perfect location on the beach, easy access to trolley but the trolley app was not accurate. Good undercover parking. Many restaurants at walking distance. We used the pool across the street and enjoyed the time spent there. Grounds well maintained. Condo Beds were very uncomfortable, mattresses needs a Hi Priority Change. We read this same issue in an earlier review where the mattresses were poor. Great response from property owner when the hot water tank stopped heating. Was on top of it and it was repaired same day I reported the issue. Great Job!!

This was a great condo with all the amenities we needed. Perfect for 2 people! Plenty of towels. All appliances and then some. Laundry and garbage chute literally across the hall. So many TV options we were not sure how to operate! Landlord was always readily available to answer all any questions. Only drawback (reason for 4 stars) was the condo being on the second floor was not above the neighboring condo treeline for beach view. Still it was a great place! Steps out the elevator to a great beach with furnished chairs.First time at Royal Palm Grand Tower and amazed with amount of security on golf carts. Two girls feeling very safe! One mile to main beach on north, one mile south to grocery, bars, food.

Good Stay

Palm Bay Club on the strip is where we stayed in the “Tower.” I liked the “right off the beach” feeling when we got out from the “Tower” right to the Beach. I LOVED that we had the access to both worlds as one side was the Beach and the other side was the Bay. BEST OF BOTH WORLDS! We used Instantcart app to get groceries and then of course in the “village” a nice Siesta Market and on the other side of the “siesta strip” was another small market. The Forgger was awesome for the rides to “the village” or other strip down. LOVED Another Broken Egg restaurant we ate brunch there almost the whole week trip. Just really nice to eat a good meal before going to the beach or whatever your adventure awaits for the day. You will have to buy more essentials like paper towels and toilet paper if you have a big group or staying a good amount of time at Siesta Key. I liked the laundry was close in the “Tower” that we stayed, the app was kind of easy and it ended being convenient of what we needed. We will stay again and also bring more friends and family in the future.

Not what expected

The Palm Bay club is awesome but this condo was not what was expected. Furniture is worn, sheets were old, blinds are missing slats and broken. Condo was not very clean, stain on floor. Homemade ant traps on floor?? Coffee pot was old and took 30 minutes to brew. Overall a disappointing condo.

Location!

This was the perfect location in siesta key. We were right on the beach and enjoyed walking on the shore each day. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the grounds were clean. We are coming back next year and we’ve booked a 2-bedroom place so that we can bring family and friends.

Absolutely beautiful, the location is right on the beach , condo was very clean and nice , had everything we needed to get started , the staff was very kind and knowledgeable and plenty of space with extras also , we will be staying again next summer , couldn’t of asked for a nicer time !!!

Property was beautiful and right on the beach. Unit could use a couple upgrades but was very accommodating for a family of four. We would definitely recommend this location for others.
