This home away from home features all your long term stay essentials!

Wonderful gated complex in a quiet residential area located right off the SR-51 & Northern Avenue, close to the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort. Very convenient location that is close to everything - an endless assortment of fabulous restaurants, every major sports venue (including Spring Training facilities), Sky Harbor International Airport, and several upscale shopping destinations such as Biltmore Fashion Park and Scottsdale Fashion Square. There are ten beautiful golf courses within a 7-mile radius as well as numerous hiking and biking trails nearby to explore.

Spacious 1000-sq. ft. condo with beautiful vaulted ceilings and a fully-equipped kitchen. Split Master floor plan 2 bed/2 full bath - comfortably sleeps 4 with one queen and one full size bed. There are TVs in each bedroom as well as a large smartTV with premium cable in the living room. The beautifully maintained grounds offer a heated pool and hot tub. There is one designated, covered parking spot plus additional uncovered parking for guests.

Underwhelmed

The property advertised a heated pool hence the reason we booked the unit. The pool was not heated for our whole 3 months stay. Hot tub was the only thing heated. Had no air conditioning for the last week of our stay. There was no screen on patio door. A bird flew into the condo. There were holes in the master bedroom screen letting bugs in. The window in the second bedroom was seized and was not operational. The condo needs major upgrades to bathrooms and carpets
