Winter Beach Stay

My family and I had a great stay here! The property is right on the beach and has all the amenities we could have asked for - hot tub, indoor and outdoor pools and tennis courts. The condo was well stocked with an outdoor grill, beach chairs, beach towels, and even a soccer ball for the beach. Erin even checked in with us to see if we needed anything. All in all this was a 5 star stay. I definitely would consider staying here again in the future. Thanks Erin!

Beautiful condo in St.Augustine!

We had the absolute best stay at this condo! Got to check in early, communication with Erin was easy and fast. The proximity to the beach was just a short easy walk. My Alaskan kids loves the pool even though it wasn’t heated. Will definitely return soon, thanks Erin!

Butler Beach Delight

Overall very good impression of the unit and the location. Enjoyed the activities available. The unit was comfortable and quiet. Step on the beach and you disconnect from the world behind. Owner was helpful and responded promptly.

Wonderful Girl’s Trip

If you are looking for a place in the St. Augustine area, look no further! The condo complex itself is well maintained with an indoor and outdoor pool, dedicated walkway to the beach, tennis courts and all sorts of other options. Erin was wonderful in providing information before and during the trip. All of the questions you might have are answered beforehand or at the condo. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and supplied with everything to start your vacation off properly! Thank you Erin!

Excellent!

We absolutely loved staying here! The host checked in with us to make sure everything was ok with our stay and the condo was beautiful! We were able to see some other condos in the same building and this one was the nicest and most updated of all the ones we saw.

My family of 4 just returned from our stay. The condo was exactly as pictured and the location was great. The size was perfect for our family. Anytime I messaged the owner, I received quick responses. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to staying again!

Has everything you need

The only thing wrong with this trip was that we didn’t stay long enough. I’ve never stayed in a place with so many amenities. It was clean and had everything you needed! The view was lovely as well!

Relaxing Getaway

Excellent location being a short walk to the beach. All of the essentials were at the condo and we never had to leave, which was the best part! Bummer that they enforced "no kids under 12 in the hot tub" and no drinking at the pool or hot tub and the pool was way too cold to swim in. But we didn't let that ruin our good time. Would stay here again!

Great location to all activities in St Augustine. Spacious Condo. Fantastic view of Beach from Covered Patio. However, didn’t get to enjoy due to weather (rainy/cold our entire stay). Pretty much everything supplied except beach towels. MBR mattress was a little firm. Owner very attentive, responded promptly. Binder full of info provided on Condo & surrounding activities/area was very helpful.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay

Great experience

Atmosphere and beach were great, we had enough room & were pleasantly surprised by little extra things we found. Any little problem we had was resolved quickly. We were close enough to downtown to go whenever we wanted to. Great experience overall!

Super clean and very nice condo resort on a beautiful beach

Colony Reef Club Resorts is a super nice condo property. It’s in a nice area of St Augustine Beach not far from a few restaurants and Publix. We found even more restaurants in the Hwy 312 and Hwy 1 area. The condo is gated, so you feel very safe there and you don’t have to worry about your car. The parking can be a bit tricky at peak times, but there’s a spot somewhere on property. The unit was just as described in the listing and was very clean upon arrival. The owner was very helpful, quick with her responses and very easy to work with. The unit has 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was a plus for our family. The living room was very nice and the leather couches are super nice. The master BR has plenty of room and the shower is nice. The bed is a little firm for my liking, but not much one can do about that. The wife didn’t mind it. The kids all enjoyed their beds and the condo had plenty of space for us all. The wife enjoyed the very well stocked kitchen and with the current COVID situation we cooked and ate in the condo for the majority of our trip. We had everything we needed there. The fridge is super nice. The washer and dryer are a bit small for a family our size, but not sure if a bigger one would fit in that space. We made it work by washing more smaller loads. The washer and dryer work great. The unit has some nice views of the courtyard and the ocean and we are many meals on the balcony which was very nice. My kids enjoyed the pool very much. It’s huge! It’s a very easy walk to the pool and the beach. The beach access was just on the other side of the pool and down a nice boardwalk. We would highly recommend staying in this condo and I’m sure we will again sometime in the near future. Thanks Erin for providing such a nice condo for family’s to use during their vacations.

Best condo unit ever

Every unit here opens up to this amazing green space where bare feet beg to be let out!!! We enjoyed everything about this unit, the beds and couches were the best we have ever experienced in a rental. The shampoo and soap dispensers were a big plus too!!!! The beach was in top 5 of all I have ever been to. We Also ventured to cinnamon, crescent, St. Augustine, even the surrounding state parks and loved butler beach the most!!!! The only thing I could even say wasn’t perfect about the unit would be that fridge is dated but works fine. The only non perfect thing about the facility to note would be that parking was being abused. I assume they were being lax due to the holiday but some days we had to park near the front gates (it got better mid week) again nothing that messed up the awesomeness of our vacation and it was the forth of July so we understood.

Colony Reef

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the great opportunity of staying at Colony Reef for several years. We traveled the whole peninsula of Florida 12 years ago and came across Colony Reef. Loved the area and the complex. Have vacationed there every year since.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the condo was fantastic. Great condo, clean with lots of room. Wonderful patio to enjoy the view of the beach or grill up dinner. The owner was very responsive to questions. We would definitely rent here again. On a warm day, the grass dunes of the beach have tortoises that come out of their holes to sun bath.
