パーフェクトシーパインズバケーションホーム！ ハーバータウンゴルフコースのシーパインズプランテーションの中心にある3ベッドルーム、2バスホーム。 最大9名まで快適に宿泊できます。 特注の木製キャビネットと花崗岩のカウンタートップを備えた大型の充実したキッチンは、自然光がたっぷり入る大きな出窓から恩恵を受ける明るいダイニングエリアに面しています。 キッチンのすぐ側には、洗濯機と乾燥機を備えたユーティリティルームがあります。 読書用の椅子2脚とソファーベッドを含む快適な座席を備えた広いリビングルームは、ビーチでゲームを楽しんだり、読書をしたり、映画を見たり、ビーチでリラックスしたりするのに最適なエリアです。 リラックスできる場所や子供たちが遊ぶ場所を探しているなら、ホテルの裏にある素晴らしいサンルームです。

We stayed here for our yearly family beach trip, and the house and neighborhood were both great! The bike ride to the beach access took about 10 to 15 minutes. The management company was great. Check in was easy, and they handled an after hours problem we had very quickly. The kitchen was well stocked, the home was comfortable, and our whole family had a great time. Would love to stay again!

Was exactly what was expected

Great location center of sea pines. Wish Harbor Town was open as the house sits on a tee box but that’s nothing that the owner/management company could predict. House was clean, spacious, had several rooms that could be used for games, entertainment, etc.

Great House, Great Location!

Really nice house, plenty of room for our family of 6 (including two grandmas!). Well equipped kitchen, lots of games, books etc. Easy bike ride to the beach and pool.

Even nicer than the photos!

Beautiful location, very nice neighborhood and spacious and clean house! We were pleasantly surprised that the photos don't do it justice. Very spacious and comfortable, nice kitchen, plenty of lounging space, and of course a great location.

Great Family Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The house had a great layout and was well maintained. An added bonus was the activity closet that had everything we needed for our vacation like, bikes, beach chairs, tennis racquets, golf clubs etc. We had some plumbing issues at the beginning of our stay, but the property manager did a great job of fixing the issue.

They thought of everything!

We had a great stay. Really enjoyed the house and the area. They had everything there you might need during the stay. It was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. The management company was friendly and made everything so easy. We also liked the Xplorie benefits that were included. We are already thinking of the next time we can get away and come back for another trip!

Enjoyed our stay here

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home is in a nice neighborhood and is very roomy. An earlier review mentioned problems with the front door key - The day we arrived a front door lock with keypad had been installed and we had no problems with it. The few questions I had for the management company were quickly and kindly answered. We would stay here again.

Great Home/Great Location

We had a wonderful time at this property. Plenty of room for us and four of our children. The location within Sea Pines was perfect for us to ride bikes wherever we wanted to go. We rarely left the property unless we went to eat off property. The only suggestion that I would have is for a little more kitchen staples to start (e.g. cooking oil, aluminum foil, plastic wrap). Its hard to buy that and be able to use it up in a one week stay. Otherwise, the property was perfect for us and we will definitely be back.

Fabulous stay

We enjoyed our stay in this home right on the gold course with easy access to the beach, pool and areas. The place was nicely cleaned and every room had everything we needed. The management company were very helpful and helped us resolve our bicycle rental and pool key replacement. The only bothersome issue was the unannounced garden service that showed up at 7:30am one morning right in front of our windows that caused all guests a scare! Although the decor is very dated, there is more than adequate furniture to host card playing parties, meals and entertain. We love Hilton Head island and come back every summer for our family vacation. We will definitely be returning and using the management company again.

The house was perfect for our family . Only problem was parking passes . I called an hour before arrival they told is to come pick up at office . We get there and no passes so I had to purchase 2 more passes an extra 40$ . Still waiting on my refund from Coastal . Other than that we would recommend to everyone.

We love Sea Pines!

We loved our stay at this house. It was very clean and comfortable. This was our second time at Sea Pines and we just LOVE IT! Our only hick-up was that my confirmation email or the online portal did not have any information on how where/address of where to pick up our car tags. It was late and dark when we got there and I had to call the after hours maintenance guy to help me out on where to find it. I would like to note that there was a tile in the kitchen that was broken quite significantly and we had to make sure the kids didn’t step on it and hurt themselves. Great Location In Sea Pines…

We had the best time in beautiful Sea Pines. Location / House were in a great location and the house was perfect. Had issues with keypad not operational on front door. Key for mud room left in lockbox when we picked up car passes but unfortunately it was the wrong key. We did have 3 days where we were unable to lock up the house due to keypad not working and wrong key given to us. Fortunately the mud room door was left unlocked upon our arrival so we were able to access the house. Locksmith came out on Tuesday to replace the entire lock which was very helpful. Not sure if keypad on front door was ever changed out as that was not communicated to us. Other than that, I would highly recommend this location for a rental - fully stocked with chairs wagon pool toys beach toys etc. Beautiful neighborhood and close access to everything!!

Forest and Beach Vacation All in One

We enjoyed a last minute homey stay at this rental in Greenwood Forest. The tennis courts, pool, and playground were a walk or quick bike ride within the peaceful neighborhood. Beach accesses were a bike ride or drive from the house. We found plenty to do with The Salty Dog, Harbourtown, Sea Pines Center, Lawton Stables, and Sea Pines Forest Preserve all a bike ride away. A few things to note that were easily remedied: We found in our check in materials and emails we were given 2 access codes for the home. Glad we had both accessible! The home had a musty smell that mostly went away after a few days. Grilling our dinner was done before dark as we couldn’t find outdoor lighting for the patio. We had an issue accessing the tennis court which was solved by contacting the property manager. Overall, it was a comfortable place for a relaxing get away for the two of us. We were even surprised one evening with the most beautiful sunset on the patio! The October timing and secluded location were perfect for during a pandemic.

Strong Musty Smelll with old and worn furniture.

The rental smelled very musty, looked like they hadn’t changed the air filter in years. Very dated and worn furniture. I would not recommend staying here.

Great for Eight

Our two families of four enjoyed our stay immensely. Quiet neighborhood with relatively easy access to beautiful beaches. Bike & walking paths to everything. Even the remnants of Hurricane Elsa couldn't spoil our fun!
