This centrally located property in Greenwood Forest offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a lofted fourth sleeping area, comfortably accommodating families or groups with two king beds, one queen bed, and two twin beds. Inside, you’ll find two inviting living areas with large flat-screen TVs, an extensive reading library with oversized chairs, and elegant heart pine flooring throughout. The dining area, conveniently located just off the fully equipped kitchen, seats six and creates an open, welcoming space for meals and gatherings. Each bedroom is outfitted with a flat-screen TV, while the primary suite includes a loft with twin beds, perfect for children.

Step outside to enjoy the newly expanded back deck, complete with lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table, and a gas grill, or relax in the cozy front courtyard. Guests also have access to community amenities, including a seasonal pool, playground, and tennis court. Four complimentary adult bicycles and four beach chairs are provided, making it easy to explore the island or spend leisurely days at the beach. The home is within biking distance of Harbour Town and the Sea Pines Beach Club, and a secret path connects the community to the Shoppes at Sea Pines, where you can enjoy a morning stroll and coffee at Low Country Produce.

Perfect house and Location

The house was well decorated and was very comfortable. The location to the beach, Harbor Town and pickle ball was a short bike ride away. It was a great stay.

We have visited Seapines many times over the years and this may have been our favorite rental yet. Extremely clean, perfect for 2 families. Highly recommend.

Great getaway for the family

Spacious home with very nice furnishings. Comfortable is the best way to describe it. We ranged in age from 12 to 88, and everyone really enjoyed it here. Will return!

Great for Families

We had a wonderful time staying at this house. Our family is big with 5 kids, and it accommodated everyone well. We loved that this house provided 4 bikes and beach chairs! The location of this house is great. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The house came with a lot of supplies. I would definitely book here again!

Great house and location!

Our family had a great stay in this home in Sea Pines! Only a quick bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club and a short drive to Harbourside. House is very pretty and nicely decorated! Love the updated bathrooms. Landscaping and backyard is beautiful. Kitchen is fully equipped. I really appreciated the details noted on the app with the property manager re: bikes, check out, etc. Will definitely save this home for the future! Only recommendation is mattress toppers for the king beds; mattresses were very hard.

Hilton Head spring

The location was perfect with access to all Sea Pines has to offer. Close to leisure trails, beaches and golf tournament. The back deck was hard to use because it was covered with leaves although the gas grill was great to have. There are no functional screens on the windows so it was not possible to air out the house or to let the outside air in. This was a significant negative and we wouldn't rent the property again without ensuring that the screens on the sliders and a coupe of window sere repaired. the location made up for any deficiencies in the house itself.

Spring in HIlton Head

This property is really very pleasantly situated in a quiet neighborhood in Sea Pines with easy access to the beach and bike paths. Well furnished and maintained overall, comfortable beds, 4 TV"s. deluxe furniture, well equipped kitchen. Space for six adults, equipped with bikes and beach chairs. We had a problem with the deck being covered in leaves and the barbecue being rusty. The property manager Jay was very helpful and came round promptly and brought new cushions for the chaises and new parts for the barbecue. Highly recommend and enjoyed our month stay.

I think the property was purchased between visits. Some of the furnishings and artwork that gave it so much character, have been removed. It just felt more sparse than last time. It also had a damp/ mildew like smell. We still loved the space, location, and enjoyed our stay. We were just a little disappointed with the changes between visits.

Comfortable & Spacious Retreat

We had a lovely stay in this Greenwood Forest home. Beautifully decorated but not overdone like some rental properties. This Sea Pines home was the perfect location for our golf getaway. The house was spacious and clean and can easily accommodate multiple couple or an extended family. The backyard is very secluded and the perfect place to retreat after a day on the course. We even had an 8-point buck stroll through the back yard. Kitchen was suitable for our needs; we cooked dinner at the house four nights during our stay. Grill in the backyard was a real plus. Bed was super comfortable and the bathrooms were spa-like. Great water pressure in the shower. This property is a bit of a hike to the beach, but you could quickly ride there on one of the four bikes provided. We will definitely rent this property again on a future trip.

Everything was very clean and working properly. The beds were comfortable. The street was quiet and my boys loved playing in the back yard. We had one issue with the stove, but the company responded quickly to the issue. I would add a few more pots to the kitchen. We did notice that some sort of seal is needed on the shower door. Water would get out of the shower sometimes. Overall, we had a great stay and would rent this house again!

Great house in Sea pines

We had a wonderful vacation at this property! The house was beautiful and the location was great. We come to Hilton Head every year, and we like to find a location with nice bike paths and in a great neighborhood, and this was it! The only downside was the refrigerator. There was a sign that said to allow the refrigerator 24 hours to get to the correct temperature but it did not cool down until Friday. All of our food (ice cream and meats) spoiled, and our drinks never got cold. We don't cook a lot on vacation anyway but we do like to snack. I highly recommend purchasing a new refrigerator for the property. But I would still stay at this location again!

Pieces of food were all over the floor, underneath the couch cushions, on top of the couch cushions, on tables and night stands. We cleaned ourselves right away as it was a Sunday morning. I reported to management and was told I would get a call from the rental company manager. This never happened.

The layout was perfect with 2 bedrooms/bath on one side and master bedroom/bath on other side. 2 large living spaces and open galley kitchen. The furniture and decor was beautiful and the house was super clean with hardwood in main areas and carpet in bedrooms. The beds/pillows were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The 4 bikes were a great bonus!! Biking the trails and the beach is one of our favorite things to do at Sea Pines HHI. We love the Greenwood Forest Neighborhood amenities (pool/tennis court) and have stayed here in the past. We will definitely try to stay at this home again!

I was also impressed by the number of books and games on the shelves. We received good customer service when one of the toilets became backed up. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again in the future. The location was a leisurely bike ride to the beach and the lighthouse. The hidden path to Sea Pines Shoppes was convenient.
