Ocean Breeze 33 is a gorgeous single level home in the Sea Pines neighborhood. When you arrive, you will notice the peaceful community and large trees providing a ton of shade. The living room features a sofa and two oversized chairs to offer the perfect spot for family game nights or just kick up your legs after a fun day in the sun! Large windows help to fill the space with tons of natural light.

The kitchen features white appliances and great counter space. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, stove top with an oven as well as cooking and eating utensils to cook up some delicious meals during your stay. The dining area has a dining table with seating for four as well as seating for two at the breakfast bar. After dinner, take a step out on the deck and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature and the gorgeous view from the chairs.

The private deck offers great views of the lush low country. Enjoy breakfast out here or dive into a good book using the chairs provided for use during your stay. The backyard provides plenty of room for the kids to burn off some energy! This gorgeous oasis gives you some relief from the sun and sand. The backyard space is such a great part of this beautiful vacation home!

Rest and relaxation are what you will find in the primary bedroom! The primary bedroom offers a wonderful king-sized bed, two nightstands and a large dresser to provide the space to unpack your bags and make yourself at home. There is also a large flat-screen television to enjoy your favorite shows. There is also an en-suite bathroom. You will find this bathroom to be clean and spacious.

The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, a television and dresser as well as closet space to unpack. The second bathroom features all the amenities that your guests will need during their stay. Your guests will feel at home with the spacious room and accommodating bathroom. The third bedroom contains two twin beds, making this the perfect spot for the kids! This bedroom is spacious enough for the kids to bring some games and toys and have a great time! A television is also located in this bedroom. The third bedroom also offers an en-suite bathroom giving guests everything they need! Ocean Breeze 33 also has a sleeper sofa to accommodate any additional guests you may have. I hope the owner knows how this property is not being taken care of and this finds it helpful to him. I always care for others property as I would my own. Check in was a mess. The place was filthy. Dishes were all dirty with caked on food. Subfloor was not holding up flooring. Some areas held together by duct tape. The place was depressing. I even felt bad for the dogs Bec the floor was so dirty.

Great location but disappointing unit

Location and neighborhood were great but unit was sub-par: furnishings were shabby, appliances worked intermittently (for example microwave would only cook for 5 minutes then shut down for 30 to 45 minutes), and when the electronic door lock died we could not reach the local manager for an hour.

Great Location 60's Decor

This property is conveniently located near the beach and Coligny Plaza. The unit itself is dated and the air conditioning does not adequately cool the upstairs bedrooms. The bathrooms are outdated and the 2 bathtubs have no stoppers. The pool is so-so. Seems to be a great place for pets as everybody staying there has a least one if not more dogs. Fine accommodations if all you are looking for is a bed to lay your head and don't mind sweating it out all night.

Health Hazzard

This place should never had been rented out to people. As soon as you open the door you're hit with the smell of mold and mildew and that's before you even step inside! Once you do, it only gets worse. There was obvious water damage in the ceiling downstairs with part of the ceiling falling down around the sprinkler heads and mold coming through the paint. The mold stains ran about 6 feet and gathered around the light fixture so it was just a matter of time before it caused an electrical fire. To make matters worse, the unit is managed by a property management company whom I notified right away. They said they had a smaller unit they could move us into but that it was more expensive and I'd have to pay the difference. I told them to forget it and that I would not be keeping my family here and asked them to cancel my reservation and they said I was obligated to pay per the contract. We will never stay at this complex ever again. This was our first trip to Hilton Head - so much for 1st impressions.

Check in was all bad but no parking passes. The day after we checked in I was called 5 times so the exterminator could do an inspection! Wow I’m on vacation. Clean that’s a joke.! Counters and cabinets are awful. Kitchen didn’t even have a basic casserole dish! Upstairs bedrooms the one bedroom didn’t even have a lamp and no hangers in any of the closets! The beds you would have been better on the floor! But the best part is as we check out we take all the sheets off and the bed my father who is 80 yrs old had a blood stain on mattress cover that is nasty!! I will never stay there again! I love Hilton head but this one experience has made me second guess my next beach trip

Don't RENT until they FIX everything and update!!!!

3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms was great- BUT outlets in all 3 bathrooms did not work. Missing lightbuls in light fixtures, ridiculously OLD uncomfortable furniture, sliding screen door to small patio BROKEN and did not open. Not one window in the house had a screen so if you wanted fresh air - forget it. Many, many small things broken and unattended to. No towel rack replaced in broken spot in downstairs bathrooms- need I go on?!! This home needs MAJOR updating, and tending to. There was literally not one place in the living room you could sit and be comfortable.. Pretty upset about the whole experience- especially as I rented this to see my 90 year old mother after a year and a half being away with covid. Ridiculous.

Pics and description are VERY misleading.

Very disappointed with this property. I realize that we booked this property the week before we arrived, but the pictures do not tell the truth. The furniture is old, floppy and not comfortable and the tile floor on the main level is cracked in numerous places. There is one spot where there are 2-4 missing tiles, covered with a board and a rug. Stubbed my toe on this a few times. The carpet up the stairs and on the second level is stained. The outlets in all 3 bathrooms and on the porch (to use with the grill) did not work. Water leaked into the kitchen from a can light in the ceiling. All 5 of us that stayed there would recommend that this place be gutted. Luckily, the weather was good so we spent most of out time outside and not in this dump!

The owners need to invest in carpet cleaning and floor repair and maybe a lock for the sliding glass door, but it was clean and spacious and convenient to town.

Hilton Head was great but the house we stayed at was the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed in my life. When we walked through the door the smell of cat piss would knock you out. The floors were so nasty if you walked on them your feet turned black. The living room tile floor was busted and had a huge swag in it. The stove only had two eyes that worked and the toaster was broken. It was sure a huge let down. And if you all can’t do any better than that we have booked with you all for the last time.

Horrible Accommodations

I have used VRBO for years!~ I have never left a bad review. I will leave a list of the problems: it was not clean, the porch light out back was burned out microwave light burned out the kitchen lights 2/5 worked the bikes advertised never were used the company was out of business TV's in the bedroom did not work lamp would not work in bedroom upstairs. I called the company that we got the keys from Hilton Head Rentals and Golf for two days. I kept getting rerouted to their Florida office. I finally spoke with George who assured me he would send out a housekeeper, a maintenance man, and take care of removing the lock on the bikes that were advertised. A housekeeper never showed up. A maintenance man came and replaced the light on the deck and one light in the kitchen so then 3 worked for a day then burned out again. Long story short the bike company had been out of business and the rental company knew this we were told by the company that had left the bike number on the fridge. She said she is constantly called out and has told them numerous times these were not their bikes that bike company had been out of business. George never called and followed up. We will never stay here again or use this rental company! Horrible experience!
