For your entertainment, there is a radio with a CD player, a collection of CDs, and a large TV placed to enjoy it from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The almost eight-foot countertop space in the fully updated and well-equipped kitchen is highly functional. The dining room features a large table that adds nicely to the overall ambience of the open floor plan. The primary bedroom features a plush king bed, new bedding, vibrant decor, a TV, and private access to the balcony. The en suite bathroom offers a new mirror and vanity and a wall-mounted LED swivel makeup mirror. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, twin bunk beds, new bedding, and a TV. The guest bathroom offers a new mirror and vanity. It also features a wall-mounted LED swivel makeup mirror for your convenience. There is new tiled flooring throughout the entire condo.

Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is a resort in Orange Beach unlike any other, and it features top-notch amenities. Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.
Buildings 3 - 5 are currently undergoing repairs, estimated to be complete by September 2024. There will occasionally be significant construction noise, such as grinding and drilling.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
