Maui Banyan is located across the street from Kamaole Beach 2, a scenic family friendly beach. The resort has 2 pool areas, tennis courts, and BBQ areas. Located at the South end of Kihei, the condo is close to golf courses, shopping, restaurants, and a number of beautiful beaches that are ideal for swimming, boogie boarding, snorkeling, or just relaxing.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Great place!!

This wonderful property was clean, equipped with anything you need, and nicely situated! Fantastic view from the lanai and very close to the beach. Can’t wait to come back.

A little piece of paradise

Everything was as described; very comfortable bed; great location; we walked to stores and restaurants. Very clean and quiet. Kihei has everything you need. People are helpful and friendly. Shaved ice and smoothies were a big hit with all of us. The beach was spectacular and we saw turtles swimming by almost ever day. Loved our time here.

We love this area of Maui and this is our 3rd stay at the Maui Banyan, but first time in this unit. My favorite unit so far due the view of the open space, ocean and up country. We loved everything about the unit, has everything you could want in the kitchen and lots of beach supplies, but the beds were too firm for us so we did not rest well. Other than that it would have been 5 star!

Property is relatively well equipped. Great Beach chairs and umbrella. Old broken boogie boards though. Also, Could use a coffee table. Great location with great view. Having AC in Bedroom as well as living room was great and not usual for this property.

Enjoyed out stay immensely. Really like the location and the views. Only 1 minor complaint. The toilet tank in one of the bathrooms leaked while we were there, but it was fixed the next day. My complaint is we weren't given any kind of notification of the repair so we actually didn't use the bathroom for another day as we thought it was still not working.

Kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups and pots/pans for cooking. Also lots of bath towels, beach towels etc. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Suite was very clean on arrival. There were a few minor maintenance items which have been reported to the property management company, nothing that impacted the enjoyment of our time in Kihei. We had a few emails with property management before we arrived and they were prompt in their replies. One comment: it would be nice to have a small coffee table as there is nowhere to place a drink while sitting at one end of the couch.Thanks!

Awesome Location, can use a bit of TLC

The condo is in a prime location. Overall, it is very well equipped and very clean, except for the sofa. I realize it is a rental property, but the sofa needs to be either cleaned or changed altogether. The sofa covers have what appears to be stains, or crusts of dirt on them. A quick run on the washer would do wonders for them. The other item I had issues with is the quality of the mattress. This needs to be upgraded. Not very comfortable. This said, I will be returning to this unit. The location is great for both low noise level and view. The management was very quick to respond, and very helpful. Fix those 2 things above, and you'll have a 5 star unit.

The suite is well kept, very clean, has all the bells & whistles one needs for a great stay, & super comfortable. Being that we were there in late October to early November, we were able to see the sunset from our balcony which was stunning. Further to that Maui Banyan is right across the street from Kam 2, so a few nights were spent on the beach watching the sun setting which was spectacular. We were sad to leave our new home away from home but look forward to our next trip there. PMI were wonderful to work with & very accomodating in making our trip happen, we appreciate all they did for us & highly recommend booking with them for a great stay.

Maui Banyan stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the property overall was good. Parking on the top floor of the parking garage and was plentiful. The check-in process was easy and professional. Upon arrival the door was code as described in are rental agreement. GOOD:The property was clean and the air-conditioning running. This is a one-bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms with showers only (we really appreciated having 2 bathrooms). The king size bed (stiff but not overly stiff) and sheets where fresh and clean. The unit has 2 window air-conditioners which functioned well. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, lots of cups and glasses as well a complete knife set, and coffee maker. The microwave oven was clean and functioned well. The refrigerator was empty and clean. The stove was clean, but we didn't use it. Each room has a TV and basic cable. The Wi-Fi was strong and easy to connect too. The Location of this property is its greatest strength. It's close 3 beaches (one across the street), shopping and numerous restaurants all with easy walking distant. A beach closet contained 2 chairs (backpack style), and umbrella, and numerous beach toys all in good condition. The location was quiet at night. The grounds were well maintained. There are 2 pools with hot tubs which we did not use. Not so good:Air conditioning was loud and at waist level in the living room and bedroom making it cold for person sitting or sleeping near them. One night stand was broken (which we reported to property management) and nearly collapsed when we try to move it a little away from the bed. The couch and dining room cushions could use refreshing and were a bit warren. The screen door was difficult to open and needed replacement or fixing.Overall:The central location and the general good condition of the property is enough for us to recommend it for 2 people. It might seem small for 4 adults with lots of luggage but for parents with 2 children, it should be fine.
