Our COMPLETELY REMODELED CONDO (new pictures are now online) at the Maui Banyan is uniquely situated on the top floor of the much sought after G building which boasts the best location at The Banyan. It is just a few minutes walk to Kamaole II Beach and Park but far enough away from the main road to alleviate road noise. Our unit is also unique in that it has views from the two bedroom lanais of the ocean and Haleakala Mountain while overlooking the pool and lush, green, tropical gardens. Our condo is just minutes walking distance to restaurants, shops, activity centers and additional beaches. Our prime location truly makes us unique.

Each bedroom is like a master with its own bathroom, lanai, fan, AC and TV. The second bedroom has been remodeled including a new Cal king bed, a sleeper chair for one, a small kitchenette and a newly remodeled modern bathroom. There are 3 AC units, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. You'll look forward to waking up each morning to spectacular views. The kitchen is fully stocked with new stainless steel appliances including fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The dining area comfortably seats 4 with two additional seats at the counter close by. A new top of the line queen size sofa bed in the living room adds additional sleeping quarters especially for the kiddos.

The Banyan grounds are beautifully landscaped offering two pools with hot tubs and outdoor showers, BBQ areas, a tennis court and covered parking. The pathways meandering around the grounds are surrounded by lush tropical flora and are just right for an evening stroll.

For your convenience a welcome basket will be provided with a few Maui essentials that will get you started on your relaxing vacation. As an added feature a land line phone has been installed for free long distance calls throughout the US and Canada.

Our condo can also be rented out as a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit or it has a lockout that can be rented as a studio. If you prefer either of these two options instead of the whole unit please message the manager for rates. Mahalo.

Welcome to the Stine Ohana Hale - your home away from home. We are a retired school teacher and industrial engineer along with our youngest daughter and son-in-law who love Maui and the Kam beaches!!! Our oldest daughter and family live in Pukalani so we are on island frequently and want to share our lovely condo with you. We have provided extra special furnishings that we wanted in our beach home with hope that you'll enjoy them as well. We love our views of Haleakala, the inviting azure blue of the pool below our lanais, and the views of the ocean thru palm trees and tropical gardens. Excellent condo!

Condo was well equipped with dishes, especially lots of plastic dishes for the pool bbq area.i loved how the condo was decorated in a beach theme, well done! The condo is located close to all amenities including the beach, restaurants and shopping! Additionally the Lanai is beautiful for watching the sun set!!! Would highly recommend this property!!!

Maui Banyan G509 - We'll be back for an excellent stay!

We really enjoyed our first class stay at the Stine. The condo was beautiful and well maintained, complete with a few beach towels and some snorkels/fins, beach chair and umbrella for outside use, and plenty of lovely touches on the inside to make our stay comfortable. The Maui Banyan is convenient to walking across to the beach, walking a few blocks to restaurants/sport bars, stores and espresso or shaved ice. We so enjoyed not having to get in our car to go out. We visited other south beaches by car for snorkeling and loved the variety, and the good weather afforded by Kihei when other parts of the island were getting storm weather and waves. We took our breakfast out to the lanai to enjoy the views of the mountain or peek a boo views of the ocean in the morning, and enjoyed relaxing in the afternoon or evening. The new remodeled kitchen had everything we needed and more for making our meals. We were highly impressed that the grounds crew maintained the common area bbq grills and pool with a thorough cleaning every single day too. The property manager was always responsive to our emails and checking that our stay was going well.

You can hear the waves from the bedroom as you are right across from the beach! Everything is within walking distance. Our time on Maui was wonderful and we will return. Thanks Barb for all your attention to detail. Mahalo.

Loved this unit !!

Mother/Daughter trip to remember. G-509 is a beautiful unit, so well stocked, beach equipment, kitchen needs right down to birthday candles. The décor gives you that beachy feel, colors calming and soothing. The beds and pillows were so comfy. The view are just what you want to see when you are in Maui, from the door side of the bed you wake up to seeing the ocean--- how great is that !!! The gift basket made us feel so welcomed, the pineapple, avocado, cookies, soaps etc. were such a treat, made us feel right at home. Any questions, Barb answered so very quickly, Mahalo. Everything you could ask for

This unit is seriously everything you could ask for when bringing your family to Maui. Great location to beach and a very well cared for property and unit. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, everyday needs taken care of for dishes, spices, cooler bag, beach towels, bath towels, laundry machine and dryer, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkels and fins, beach umbrellas, beach mats, swimming noodles and more. Everything possible is provided in this condo. One of the best things provided is the Foodland grocery card saver. We didn't have to drive to Walmart for savings as the grocery card gave us huge discounts when we bought our groceries. You really have no need to stay anywhere else but here. Attention to detail is above and beyond and we also loved the welcome basket when we walked in the door. When we had anything to ask Barb, she got back right away. That is great customer service and I highly recommend this condo to anyone thinking about where to stay. I could go on and on but the reviews speak for themselves. I would 100% come back to this condo. This was home away from home.

Great location and amenities

I travelled with my wife, toddler and mother-in-law and G509 was pretty much perfect for us. The adjoining studio with kitchen and bathroom was great for my mother-in-law who goes to bed and wakes up before everyone else. AC in every bedroom and the living area was also much appreciated/used. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, utensils, etc and there are many chairs and toys (even snorkel gear) out on the lanai to use at the beach which is just a short walk away. Many restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. The grounds and pool are well kept, though there is not a lot of shade around the pool if you are there during the day. Parking is 'first come; first serve' but we never had a problem getting a space in the lower level where it's easy to unload and load things. Barb was quick to respond to questions and even offered to stop by and help. The on-site folks are also helpful should you need them. All in all, we had an excellent time and would stay here again when on Maui.
