Great Family Getaway

We had a great stay. The house is a perfect size for large groups. There are so many areas for gathering all over the house and outside. We ate all our meals in and the house had everything we needed to prepare our food. The house is older and some of the areas could use updating or maintenance, but overall a wonderful place to enjoy beautiful weather and a gorgeous view of the San Francisco Peaks!

Great roomy cabin

A wonderful property with lots of space for kids. Very clean and in a semi secluded area. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Cabin

Roomy, clean large cabin with incredible mountain views, and a Master Bedroom that is stunning, with a fireplace and large tub. It had everything we needed for a beautiful Christmas with family.

Amazing views!

We loved staying in this spacious home. It was very clean, the views were amazing, plenty of space to hang out. It's close to many places to eat as well as grocery stores, but the property itself was nice and quiet with a woodsy feel. We also loved having laundry on site so we didn't have to pack as heavy.

Great Home in Flagstaff

This home was very comfortable. Very clean & had everything we needed for a wonderful week of vacation with friends! The check in & check out was very easy! Loved everything about it!

Perfect spot...nestled in the woods

Everything about this place is great. Absolutely no complaints. Its a perfect home for a relaxing getaway with few friends and enjoying local food and drink establishments, great weather, star gazing and dark skies.

Good place to stay

Home is nice and located on a great spot if you’re looking to enjoy the snow , only bad thing was 2 out the 3 toilets were dirty we had to clean them to feel comfortable. Wifi works well and garage was big for the cars . Overall good place to stay 👍🏽

Family Vacation

We loved the house. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. The hot tub was very enjoyable. We ran into a few issues, the a/c didn’t work for us, luckily the weather was beautiful so it wasn’t that big of an issue. I did contact VACASA about it and they did send someone out the next day to look at it, they just never resolved the issue while we were there. The oven needs to be cleaned, when we tried to use it, we got smoked out. Few sugar ants on the kitchen counter by the side door closes to the kitchen sink. We did find someone undergarments in one of the dressers. None of these issues were big enough to disturb our vacation. We still enjoyed the house and our family time. I still would recommend this house, we loved our stay.

Amazing View

The stay was perfect! Our goal was to see the Grand Canyon and Sedona. This place was perfect. The location was close to everything we needed to visit. Waking up in the morning to the Mountain View was a bonus. Thank you!

nice home

some things are a little outdated for the price, tv in the master does not work and there is no other TV's besides the Livingroom, plan on traveling for firewood as everything around the property is private and the neighbors do a good job of making that known. other than that place is very big.

Weekend away

The house is big and was clean. View of the peaks is great. But the house needs updating. The floors are separating and need to be redone. Mattress pad on bed in master was plastic and noisy. Hot tub was great, but could use more beach towels for that as we only found two.

Scenic view

The cabin had beautiful mountain views, and was within driving distance to the Grand Canyon. It was very roomy and could accommodate large families. My only complaint was the wi‐fi and lack of cable. We had no issues connecting our devices to the wi-fi, but the television would not sync up, therefore we could not use the tv at all.

Lynx cabin

My family and I rented this cabin for the 4th of July weekend. I love that the cabin is very spacious and close to stores. Upon arrival the cabin was very clean and guest services is quick to respond if you need assistance. The only thing I would of liked was to have a better kitchen blender as the one available is complicated to use and does not blend food well. Also the fridge was cool but not cold enough and the temperature knob is missing thus unable to adjust temperature. Other than that we had a lot of fun! And wished check out time was at a later time to be able to enjoy the cabin more!

Beautiful property falling into disrepair. Black mold in back guest suite...health hazard. Plank flooring seperated in spots throughout house...tripping hazard. Outside grounds maintenance needed...fire hazard.

A Flagstaff Gem with Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality

Our two-night stay at this Flagstaff vacation rental was absolutely fantastic! The location offered breathtaking mountain views. We spent mornings enjoying coffee and breakfast on the deck The rental itself was perfect for our needs. The open space provided a sense of relaxation, and the amenities like the hot tub and grill made our stay even more enjoyable. We were particularly impressed with the modern updates, sparkling clean rooms and bathrooms, and fresh linens. Everything felt comfortable and well-maintained and lot of space for all of us. The host deserves special recognition for their attentiveness and responsiveness. They were available to answer any questions we had and even accommodated our request for a late checkout. This level of detail-oriented service truly made our experience even more positive. For anyone searching for a relaxing and scenic escape in Flagstaff, this vacation rental is a top choice! The combination of stunning views, excellent amenities, modern updates, and a fantastic host makes it a perfect place to unwind and recharge.

Amazing stay-management co could be better

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay and was actually better than the pictures. Everyone had a wonderful time! Check-In instructions don’t come until the day of reservation. Those of us that use VRBO regularly know this to be odd as some require prep. Property management company lacks customer service, rather than answer questions they want you to download their personal app to receive help. (Defeats the purpose of VRBO all together). Wouldnt allow us to add a night or pay for early check in claiming the month was booked out but their availability was public and showed tons of availability. The owners deserve a better company. The home was amazing.
