The main floor has a private, spacious, master bedroom with a queen pillow top bed, flat screen TV and full bath. Walk out the sliding glass doors from the master bedroom onto your own private balcony! Upstairs is another private bedroom with two twin beds and a second full bath. Outside the second bedroom is an open loft with two twin beds. The living room sofa folds out to a queen sleeper.

Being on the top floor and not sharing walls with neighboring condos is a benefit that is unique to our condo, as it is quiet inside and you will not hear footsteps above or otherwise be disturbed by neighbors or other renters. It feels more like a home than a condo!

- **Enhanced Safety and Cleaning Measures: The safety of our guests is our top priority, and our professional housekeeping team has been updated on CDC recommendations for sanitization and disinfection, since the outbreak of COVID-19. We have added new practices and procedures for the health and safety of our guests. Before every guest arrival, our cleaners will sanitize and disinfect all areas, including bathrooms and "high-touch" points in the property, including countertops, railings, appliances, doorknobs, light switches, and other surfaces. They use high-quality products, including cleaning solutions and disinfectants that are effective against bacteria and viruses per CDC guidelines. Linens and towels are laundered and sanitized at a professional cleaning facility. All guests check in using a lockbox code, without any person-to-person contact. The property will remain empty for 24 hours after the previous check out and cleaning.
