Looking for a place where you can enjoy everything Flagler has to offer -- then look no more! Our apartment is nestled on the outskirts of Florida's historic "Loop" amidst majestic oaks, magnolias and palm trees and on the edge of Bulow Creek. We sit secluded on three acres of pristine Florida beauty. Enjoy your days relaxing on the dock, fishing, hiking, biking or taking in our gorgeous beaches. We are centrally located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, less than four miles to the Flagler Pier and Flagler's fabulous beaches. Come enjoy all that Flagler Beach has to offer – not only our fabulous beaches, but also our incredible, peaceful waterways, fabulous trails and scenic drives.

THE SPACE: Living Room/Kitchen, 1Bedroom/1Bathroom.

Our apartment is completely detached from our home and private in every way. Comfortably appointed, warm and cozy. After a busy day of fun, relax in the beautifully decorated living room complete with pull out sofa, flat screen smart TV, cable and internet. Fix your favorite meal in the cozy well-appointed kitchen or BBQ on the grill outside. Sink into the comfy queen size bed dressed with hotel quality linens for a great night's sleep. Relax, refresh, renew and rejuvenate your soul.

Our long driveway sets you up for a beautiful surprise! Once the trees open up you will see a wide open property. Go straight to the first house on your right where your parking is located just outside the French doors. Enter into your spacious 600 sq ft, well equipped, and incredibly comfortable space. The main room is wide open and includes a living space, an eating area and a full kitchen. A short hallway leads you to find a full bath, a separate laundry room, and a bedroom to your left.

Rest will come easy with a view of the gorgeous Old Florida Canopy outside your windows.

Guest Access:
This private apartment is separate from our house and there are no shared spaces. Guests have their own parking and access to the yard, dock, canoe, and kayak.

Interaction with Guests:
While we live on the property, we want your stay to be as private, peaceful and quiet as possible. Just know that we are here to assist you in any way we can.

We so enjoyed our wonderful Christmas at Sunset Creek! Lovely, comfortable, clean cottage, and Greg is a host that is so helpful and makes you feel right at home. Gorgeous, surroundings with fabulous sunsets and the chance to fish from a very private dock. Also great to have groceries, restaurants, parks, & beautiful Flagler Beach so close too!

This property is always in excellent condition. The shower has plenty of hot water, nice quality bed linens. The entire place is beautifully decorated. You will not find hosts more committed to total satisfaction.

This property is exceptional. We loved our stay there. It is garage adjacent, which is a separate building from the home, but it is right on the ( large) lot where the home is so if that will bother you, I would move on BUT keep reading!!. The host discloses this clearly as well. ( the hosts are very respectful and we never even saw anyone so don’t feel that you don’t have privacy) What I will say then though is that you would be missing out on a wonderful opportunity. The location is simply so gorgeous. You can take a brief walk out onto the dock and the Lake (or waterway) is just so serene. It is very very quiet and there’s lots of wildlife to see. There are two chairs out there and you could literally spend hours just looking and being quiet. The little apartment itself is also very well equipped and comfortable. We wanted for nothing. The kitchen is excellent as well. It really is an A place to stay and I would stay there again in a heartbeat, and I would highly recommend it.

Birthday Weekend Getaway

My partner and I had a lovely weekend getaway here. It was great to have access to a dock for some private fishing, and the location was close enough that a drive to the beach for dinner was only 10 or 15 minutes. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the nautical decorations were adorable. Definitely looking forward to stay here again in the future.

Why they chose this property

We bought our place in July of 2015 and it has undergone a total overhaul from top to bottom. When we bought the place it was in need of major renovation but we were ready to buy before we went inside - when you see our property you will understand why. What is so amazing is how the inside now matches the outside and there is not anything we would change, except all the hard work it took to get here - but that just helps us appreciate it that much the more!

What makes this property unique

To own 3 acres in a beach town and be on the water overlooking a state park - wow! Just wow!
