About this property
Art filled beauty! Total remodel in 2019, pet friendly home, great neighborhood!
Last summer, we remodeled the entire house and yards! All new hardwood floors throughout the house, new (huge!) kitchen with a 9' island, all new appliances, new windows, new paint and rugs.
The Browns Valley area of Napa is a beautiful area with mature trees and rolling hills, walkable streets and friendly people. The best market is located just at the end of our block! Makes it easy to grocery shop and come home at the end of your day.
Our home is located in the best of neighborhoods, with so many parks and hiking nearby. One of the main reasons we purchased this home is that there is a park behind us. Lovely to look at and just walk out our gate directly into the park.
Less than 3 miles to downtown with access to no end of great restaurants, shopping and wine tasting.

We are retired Californians, born and raised in Northern CA. We live in Baja in the winter months and offer our home for rent during these months.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this home in Dec 2017 and just completed a total remodel of the property inside and out. We love living in Browns Valley, in a real neighborhood with friendly people and tree lined, walkable safe streets. And there are so many parks in this neighborhood, of all sizes, including the one we access out of our back gate. It's so peaceful and green to look out on the park, like having a huge yard!
What makes this property unique
You will enjoy all of the benefits of living in an actual home, not a vacation rental. Watching the sun set over the park behind us is a lovely way to end your day, start the fire pit up and enjoy the view!
