This 2 bedroom, 1-½ baths Townhouse is located in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant. This Townhouse offers one queen size Rice Bed bed in the master bedroom as well as 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. This home has everything you need including cable, WiFi, and washer and dyer. This quite Town home overlooks a 2 acre courtyard with swimming pool and tennis court.

Located just off the corridor from Ravenel Bridge to Sullivan's Island. Close to downtown Charleston, Shem Creek, Pitt Street Bridge, Patriot's Point on the Charleston Harbor, & the beach on Sullivan's Island.
Town home is on the last street before you cross over the Ben Sawyer Bridge to Sullivan's Island - it's only 2 miles to the beach(nice walk or bike ride). On the Island you will find: Station 30 - a well known kite boarding spot on the East Coast & fabulous places to eat: Home Team BBQ, High Thyme, Salt, & Poe's Tavern.
Shem Creek is just 2 miles north of town home. Lots of places to eat such as Reds, R & B's, Water's Edge, Vickery's, and Shem Creek Bar & Grill. Watch the sunset and fishing boats come in for the day. Nature Kayak Adventures on Shem Creek offers kayak & paddle boarding tours and rentals.
Walk or bike about 12 blocks to the Charleston Harbor to the Pitt Street Bridge (1000 foot pier) and take in breathtaking views of Sullivan's Island & Downtown Charleston. Enjoy fishing & crabbing off the pier. Places to eat: Village Bakery & Post House.
You are only a 15 minute drive to Visitor Center in downtown Charleston and 5 minutes to Patriot's Point where you can visit the Yorktown, watch College of Charleston Soccer, Baseball, & Softball. There are five golf courses within 5 - 20 minutes of town home. Isle of Palms Beach is 10-15 minutes away. Charleston International Airport is 17 miles north of home. Bikes, golf carts, kayaks, boats are available to rent within minutes of property. Three grocery stores are within a fourth of mile from home. Lots of restaurants are located near the property, some within walking distance.

Perfect location to explore Charleston

A nice place to stay
It is a very quiet and nice place. We enjoyed it. Richard is very nice and helpful! Definitely will stay there next time.
Quiet Neighborhood Setting
Not much to say; everything was as advertised. Richard is very accessible if any issues do arise. We were two couples exhibiting at SEWE, traveling with one dog. Because of our schedule, we didn't spend a lot of time at the house, but it was a nice quiet location and much closer to downtown Charleston than other places we have stayed in the area (e.g. Isle of Palms).

Richard’s townhouse was exceptionally clean and well stocked.
We were happy to find a place that was convenient to our family in Mt.Pleasant and that would accommodate our dog. The bathroom had recently been updated and the owner has said that an updated kitchen will be the next renovation. It was perfect for our month long stay in March.
I'm sorry you didn't feel my home was worthy of a four or five star review. During your stay you never indicated there was any problem. They're brand new hardwood floors in the upstairs new floors in the downstairs, bathrooms are completely remodeled A well-stocked kitchen with everything you could need. Not to mention the brand new living room furniture. If you wish to come back next year my home will be available. Richard
An enjoyable stay
This was our second stay here and we enjoyed it very much. It’s quiet, the location is great and Richard was always helpful if needed but never intrusive. Our dog loved the large grassy area in front of the property for chasing balls. All in all it was a great stay!

Everything I expected
My family had a great weekend stay at the Village Lady. Richard checked on us by text when we arrived and after we left. He was readily available if we needed him - which we didn't. Everything was smooth and easy. Townhouse was just what we needed and has easy access to everything in and around Charleston. Furniture and fixtures are not fancy and perhaps a little dated but comfortable, of sufficient size and fully functional. Really don't expect more than that from a vacation rental. Can't wait to see the new hardwoods upstairs next time we stay - and we will be back.
Heart Pine floors are being installed in the upstairs and steps and new photos will be up ASAP. The couch and love seat are 2 weeks old, so that is why they are comfortable. Thank you for the 5 star review and look forward to having you and your family back.
