This 2 bedroom, 1-½ baths Townhouse is located in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant. This Townhouse offers one queen size Rice Bed bed in the master bedroom as well as 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. This home has everything you need including cable, WiFi, and washer and dyer. This quite Town home overlooks a 2 acre courtyard with swimming pool and tennis court.

Location. Location. Location. Beautiful town home in one of the best locations in the Charleston Area. Located just off the corridor from Ravenel Bridge to Sullivan's Island. Close to downtown Charleston, Shem Creek, Pitt Street Bridge, Patriot's Point on the Charleston Harbor, & the beach on Sullivan's Island.

Town home is on the last street before you cross over the Ben Sawyer Bridge to Sullivan's Island - it's only 2 miles to the beach(nice walk or bike ride). On the Island you will find: Station 30 - a well known kite boarding spot on the East Coast & fabulous places to eat: Home Team BBQ, High Thyme, Salt, & Poe's Tavern.

Shem Creek is just 2 miles north of town home. Lots of places to eat such as Reds, R & B's, Water's Edge, Vickery's, and Shem Creek Bar & Grill. Watch the sunset and fishing boats come in for the day. Nature Kayak Adventures on Shem Creek offers kayak & paddle boarding tours and rentals.

Walk or bike about 12 blocks to the Charleston Harbor to the Pitt Street Bridge (1000 foot pier) and take in breathtaking views of Sullivan's Island & Downtown Charleston. Enjoy fishing & crabbing off the pier. Places to eat: Village Bakery & Post House.

You are only a 15 minute drive to Visitor Center in downtown Charleston and 5 minutes to Patriot's Point where you can visit the Yorktown, watch College of Charleston Soccer, Baseball, & Softball. There are five golf courses within 5 - 20 minutes of town home. Isle of Palms Beach is 10-15 minutes away. Charleston International Airport is 17 miles north of home. Bikes, golf carts, kayaks, boats are available to rent within minutes of property. Three grocery stores are within a fourth of mile from home. Lots of restaurants are located near the property, some within walking distance.

Enjoyed our stay

We truly enjoyed the area. Centrally located between Charleston and the beach at Sullivan's Island. The condo was quiet, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beaches at Sullivan's Island were truly some of the most peaceful beaches we have been on.

Cozy and Tidy

Everything you need in this well kept townhouse. We had our 4 kids with us ranging from 20 to 12 and we had plenty of space. Close driving distance to everything you'd like to see in SC. I would definitely recommend.

It was a great, central location for many activities in the Charleston area!

We traveled with an 8 month old and wanted some privacy (as compared to a hotel). It was nice to have the two bedrooms and the two baths (one half bath downstairs). We enjoyed the central location as we were interested in doing many activities in the Charleston area. We went to Folly Beach one day which was less than 30 minute drive. Traffic is pretty light in the area and many great food options. We visited Sullivan's Island as well. It was nice to have the kitchen and laundry on-site. I would highly recommend this rental. It was clean and comfortable for friends/family traveling with children. Richard was also very nice to work with in planning the trip. He was available to answer questions and returned messages quickly. Excellent vacation!

Great location, comfy vacation house and all the amenities you need

Richard's property was a cute townhouse in a quiet community in Mont Pleasant. Very close to Patriot's point, a short drive (or boat ride) from Charleston, it had all the amenities inside that you could need for a family stay and is a good deal for a family vacation. The pool in the subdivision is really close, and the kids loved it. The house had everything you need, although with a few creaky floorboards, and my family had a good stay.

Great place to stay!

Townhouse is in a quiet neighborhood but also close to Sullivan's Island, Charleston & Isle of Palms, all places we had activities going on at. Would def. stay here again on any vacation to SC. It was clean, well equipped with everything needed. Owner was very quick to respond when contacting him, when I told him we would be arriving late he went and turned on lights for us so we wouldn't have to try to figure out where they were in the dark! Great stay, Thanks again Richard!
