This 2 bedroom, 1-½ baths Townhouse is located in the Old Village of Mount Pleasant. This Townhouse offers one queen size Rice Bed bed in the master bedroom as well as 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor. This home has everything you need including cable, WiFi, and washer and dyer. This quite Town home overlooks a 2 acre courtyard with swimming pool.

Located just off the corridor from Ravenel Bridge to Sullivan's Island. Close to downtown Charleston, Shem Creek, Pitt Street Bridge, Patriot's Point on the Charleston Harbor, & the beach on Sullivan's Island.

Town home is on the last street before you cross over the Ben Sawyer Bridge to Sullivan's Island - it's only 2 miles to the beach(nice walk or bike ride). On the Island you will find: Station 30 - a well known kite boarding spot on the East Coast & fabulous places to eat: Home Team BBQ, High Thyme, Salt, & Poe's Tavern.

Shem Creek is just 2 miles north of town home. Lots of places to eat such as Reds, R & B's, Water's Edge, Vickery's, and Shem Creek Bar & Grill. Watch the sunset and fishing boats come in for the day. Nature Kayak Adventures on Shem Creek offers kayak & paddle boarding tours and rentals.

Walk or bike about 12 blocks to the Charleston Harbor to the Pitt Street Bridge (1000 foot pier) and take in breathtaking views of Sullivan's Island & Downtown Charleston. Enjoy fishing & crabbing off the pier. Places to eat: Village Bakery & Post House.

You are only a 15 minute drive to Visitor Center in downtown Charleston and 5 minutes to Patriot's Point where you can visit the Yorktown, watch College of Charleston Soccer, Baseball, & Softball. There are five golf courses within 5 - 20 minutes of town home. Isle of Palms Beach is 10-15 minutes away. Charleston International Airport is 17 miles north of home. Bikes, golf carts, kayaks, boats are available to rent within minutes of property. Three grocery stores are within a fourth of mile from home. Lots of restaurants are located near the property, some within walking distance.

Fantastic! The place was in perfect shape and the location was amazing. A perfect place to stay!

I was so pleased with this vacation rental! The location is perfect! Close to downtown Charleston as well as the beaches at Sullivan's Island!

The house was so well kept and decorated, a super comfortable place to relax with family. Two TVs was a great treat, allowing for some extra down time between outings!

It was billed as dog friendly and it WAS!! Such a nice area to walk the dogs, and plenty of room in the house for crates. The amenities were just as I had hoped, so nice to have laundry at the house! Thank you so much for an amazing stay- we would love to come back!

*I wouldn't want to say this would always happen...but there was not someone booked to come the day we were leaving and the renter allowed us a late check out. We were there for a baseball tournament and the games ran over (we were winning!!!) The renter was so kind and easy to communicate with and allowed us to leave after our last game. If someone had been booked right after us I know it may not have been possible, but it was such a kind gesture!! Awesome trip! Thank you!

nice quaint townhome in safe area

richard was very helpful with booking and suggestions for things to do in area. the townhome was very spacious and perfectly located . its right at foothill of bridge going to sullivans island. perfect place to walk jog or bike to sullivans island. the mustard seed restaurant is a must try and is within a mile of home.

Best Value in Mt Pleasant

Richard does a great job of getting in touch right away and making sure any questions are answered quickly. It's not the newest property, but it has everything we needed for kicking back between activities while in town. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival and there was plenty of space for our family of 4. With a few 100+ heat index days, the AC worked great. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it's closely located to groceries/shops/restaurants (including a few local coffee shops that were all good).

We enjoyed our time and would definitely go back!

Amazing!

This was our first time using one of these services and I was a bit nervous how it would go. It was awesome! Everything was clean and well maintained. The kids felt at home and it was nice to have room to spread out, unlike a hotel. The location was absolutely perfect. It is close to Sullivan’s island beach and just a short drive into Charleston downtown. I
