This was a wonderful cabin and a beautiful property! The hosts provided so many little touches, it made us feel very welcome. Easy drive in, lots of outdoor living spaces, and the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed.

Family time

What a wonderful long weekend! This is our second time in this amazing cabin, always in perfect condition and love that is pretty close to Blue Ridge. We will definitely go back thank you Annemarie and Adam for all your kindness and hospitality!! We had a wonderful time!

Cozy Cabin with Stunning Mountain View’s

We had a wonderful stay in Mineral Bluff! The cabin was warm and welcoming, with all the comforts of home and beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery. The host was fantastic—responsive and available whenever we needed anything, which made our stay even better. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Paradise in the mountains.

The house was beautiful inside and out…loved that the owners had firewood outside for us to use. It had everything we needed, they thought of everything..very spacious, will definitely be booking this house again in the future.

Cabin Edelweiss was comfy, cozy and spacious!

Enjoyed our stay at cabin Edelweiss. Bedding was comfy. Host had great communication. Check in and out effortless. Enjoyed the hammock, games provided, foosball, hot tub, fireplace. Our host really did a great job stocking the cabin with everything you need and then some.

Mom's 85th Birthday

Communication with Ann Marie before, during and after our stay was fantastic. The cabin had everything we needed and had that cozy home feeling. We all had our individual bedrooms and bath but were able to come together and enjoy one another's company in the living and dining areas. A wonderful get away for the girls in our family celebrating my mom's 85th birthday.

The cabin is beautiful, cozy and homey. Anything we could have wanted or needed was there and our hosts were so welcoming and helpful. We loved this cabin and could have stayed for weeks. We will definitely book again. We can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful cabin.

Excellent place to stay near Blue Ridge. Very clean, great King mattress, kitchen stocked if u cook. Love sitting on the porch and reading. Easy to get to, plenty of parking and on a flat driveway. Owners very informative and answer quickly any questions or problems. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect weekend getaway

Our only regret about our time at Edelweiss is that we couldn’t stay longer! The cabin was clean and comfortable; cozy, yet with plenty of room for everyone in our group to find their perfect private place when needed. We can’t wait to come back again next fall!

Family fall break trip

Our second trip to Cabin Edelweiss was just as memorable as the first. The hosts makes your trip effortless with a clean and organized house plus personal small touches. The house is cozy and inviting with the outside porch areas are our favorite. We utilized some of the Bluetooth speakers for music while cooking or in the hot tub. We drank apple cider and ate appples we picked from the local orchard from the outside chairs and hammock. The cabin is equipped with tons of info, guest recommendations, games, books, comfy bunk beds, foosball, and an overall feeling to just slow down and relax. We tried a new hike this trip,the blue ridge scenic train, multiple local restaurants, and bear claw vineyard. The cabin and hosts make this an easy recommendation to others.

Absolutely Fantastic!

This property is very clean and well maintained! The kitchen is fully stocked and the host does an excellent job of making you feel welcome by adding the little extra things! My boys enjoyed fishing and the fire pit. My daughter and I enjoyed porch sitting and the hot tub. A little something for everyone!! We visited Mercier Orchard and Dahlonega one day and enjoyed the property the other 2 days. Honestly the best host experience ever !

Quiet Mountain Getaway

Annemarie and Adam were wonderful hosts. Annemarie was always in contact when needed and went above and beyond in providing everything needed for a quiet weekend away with the family before the busyness of the holidays begins. The view of the leaves changing in the mountains is breathtaking from the back porch, and the kids were fully entertained with the foosball table and variety of games. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing rental!

This was a spectacular rental! It truly felt like a home away from home. The cabin was super clean when we arrived. When we walked in, my son said “it smells so good.” Shortly after we arrived we called the owners to ask them about the pond and they responded immediately. They were so attentive throughout our stay. The cabin is fully stocked with everything you need! My husband and son enjoyed fishing on the pond, and I enjoyed the beautiful views. In the evening we spent time in the hot tub looking at the stars. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better weekend away from home. We will definitely return. I would give this rental 10 stars if they had them!

Wonderful Place

My husband and I had a last minute getaway. Annemarie was wonderful with us booking the day prior to arrival. The cabin was perfect! Located perfectly on the mountain with a great view and very clean. The layout was wonderful! It's perfect for lots of family too. The hot tub was so relaxing! We will definitely be back. I want to start off by saying Ms. Annemarie was just a call or text away. It was the upmost of welcoming. Very nice; CLEAN and quiet. I can't express how clean it was. If you are in the area. U want go wrong by renting this cabin. I wish I could have stayed longer. Very peaceful area.

Cozy Cabin Edelweiss more than fulfilled my dream of a charming cabin in the woods with a great fireplace, a lovely setting, tasteful Christmas decor, and plenty of space for our party of four. Clean, well-appointed and even some chocolates to sweeten our stay. Highly recommended.

The cutest cabin in the woods

We loved loved this cabin getaway! We made fires every night in the fireplace and cooked thanksgiving dinner at the cabin as it was fully stocked. We loved all the games the property owners left. Highly recommend booking this property. The owners were very fast to respond and the cabin was absolutely clean, probably the cleanest cabin we have rented! Thank you Annemarie for the cabin experience.

A Beautifully Clean and Peaceful Cabin!

First of all, we have never stayed at a property this clean! We truly had a great time on our trip and enjoyed this well-appointed cabin! From rocking on the porch to cozying up in the bed and watching the stars, we loved this cabin and spent much of our time in it rather than getting out! The owners were so kind and quick to respond to text! We will definitely recommend this cabin to others and will stay here in the future! Please do not hesitant to book this beautiful cabin!

Great Cabin for a family Getaway

Our family of 4 enjoyed this cabin for our kids fall break. We wished we had more time and the kids want to come back for each of their birthdays. It was a home away from home and Anne Marie & Adam have thought of many touches to make the stay easy, relaxing, comfortable, and special. We found books for every age, the porches a hanging out area, and the yard was great for hide and seek. After being out for the day we were all excited to come back to the cabin to relax. Our kids were obsessed with the basement, foosball, bunk beds, and watching all the deer. Just what we were wanting!

Family Time in the Mountains

If you’re looking for the perfect cabin tucked away yet close to everything - this is your home away from home. Our group ranged from 10-48 and stayed seven nights. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom upstairs. We watched the stars from the high triangle windows at night. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms had everything you needed. Depending on how long you are staying, you may need travel size toiletries. The kitchen has everything you need. We always bring our own roll of paper towels, napkins, ziplock baggies, etc because we make and take our lunches when we go hiking and for the length of our stay. The cabin had everything we needed to make breakfast. (We eat out for dinner.) We used everything (fire pit, fishing pond, etc) except the hot tub but that’s because our days were lonnnnnng and we preferred to shower and play card games before going to bed. Take a look at the guest book for other travelers’ recommendations as well as ours! Communication and check in were pleasant and easy. Enjoy your stay :)

Annemarie grew up in Austria and married Adam, the Texas boy and that is where "European Charm meets Southern Hospitality" originated. We live & work in corporate jobs outside of Atlanta and take every chance we can get to come up to the mountains.

Edelweiss location is quiet and yet only 15 minutes from all the Blue Ridge has to offer. You can head out the front door and walk through the neighborhood woods or drive a few minutes to hike on some of the areas best trails like Benton Mackaye Trail. Whether you are an outdoor enthusiast or seeking a quiet lazy weekend curled up with a book, this is the place for you.
